Claims (4)
- 개선된 기계가공성을 지닌 마르텐사이트계 스테인레스 강으로서,1.2% 미만의 탄소,2% 이하의 실리콘,2% 이하의 망간,10.5 % ≤Cr ≤19 %의 크롬,0.55% 이하의 황,32 ×10-4% 이상의 칼슘,70 ×10-4% 이상의 산소,6% 이하의 니켈,3% 이하의 몰리브덴,4% 이하의 텅스텐, 4.5% 이하의 코발트, 1% 이하의 니오븀, 1% 이하의 1% 이하의 티탄, 1% 이하의 탄탈, 1% 이하의 지르코늄, 1% 이하의 바나듐의 중량 조성을 가지는 텅스텐, 코발트, 니오븀, 티탄, 탄탈, 지르코늄, 바나듐으로부터 선택된 원소,2% ≤ Ni ≤ 6% 인 조건에서 1% ≤ Cu ≤ 5% 비율의 구리, 그리고아노르타이트(anorthite) 및/또는 의사 울라스토나이트(pseudowollastonite) 및/또는 겔레나이트(gehlenite)형의 석회 실리코알루미네이트(limesilicoaluminate) 함유물을 함유하며,칼슘과 산소의 함량비 Ca/O가 0.2≤ Ca/O ≤ 0.6이고,상기 강은 마르텐사이트 구조를 가지도록 최소한 한 번 담금질 열처리된 마르텐사이트계 스테인레스 강.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 강은 0.035% 이하의 황을 함유하는 마르텐사이트계 스테인레스 강.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 강은 0.15 % ≤ S ≤ 0.45 %의 황을 함유하고, 재황화(resulphurize)되는 마르텐사이트계 스테인레스 강.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 강은 2 % ≤ Ni ≤ 6 % 비율의 니켈과 1 % ≤ Cu ≤ 5 % 비율의 구리를 함유하는 마르텐사이트계 스테인레스 강.
