Claims (1)
- C(탄소) 0.20중량%, Si(규소) 0.10중량%, 망간(Mn) 0.70중량%, P(인) 0.01중량%, S(황) 0.01중량%, 크롬(Cr) 1.05중량%, Nb(니오븀) 0.025중량%, B(보론) 20ppm, Fe(철) 나머지 중량%로 이루어진 합금강 소재를 열간단조하는 공정과, 상온까지 자연 냉각하는 공정과, 가공전 열처리 공정과, 가공 공정과, 침탄열처리 공정을 거치게 하여 이루어지는 기어 제조 공정에 있어서,상기 가공전 열처리 공정은 냉각이 이루어진 합금강소재를 920℃에서 2시간∼4시간 동안 가열하는 단계와; 2℃/초의 속도로 650∼750℃까지 공냉시킨 후, 650∼750℃ 의 온도로 2∼3시간 동안 재가열 유지시키는 단계와; 2℃/초로 상온까지 공냉시키는 단계로 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어용 보론 합금강의 열처리 방법.
