Claims (7)
- 축열식 가스 사이클 공정의 원리에 따라 작동 매체로 작동하는 가열 및 냉각 장치에 있어서,기밀식 하우징과,상기 하우징에 연결된 열원과,상기 하우징의 내측에 배치되어 중온 작동 용적을 함께 한정하고 제어 유닛에 의해 구동될 수 있는 직선 운동이 가능한 2개의 피스톤으로서, 피스톤 중 제1 피스톤은 상기 열원으로부터의 열 에너지가 함유된 고온 작동 용적을 상기 하우징과 함께 한정하고 피스톤 중 제2 피스톤은 저온 작동 용적을 상기 하우징과 함께 한정하는 것인 피스톤과,상기 하우징내에 배치된 축열기와,상기 하우징내에 배치된 증온 열전달 요소 및 저온 열전달 요소와,상기 열원에 의해 발생된 열을 상기 고온 작동 용적으로 전달하며, 상기 하우징에 대해 단열되도록 하우징에 연결되고, 반경 방향으로 대칭된 반구 형상을 갖는 격벽을 구비하며, 상기 고온 작동 용적, 중온 작동 용적 및 저온 작동 용적은 상기 축열기, 중온 열전달 요소 및 저온 열전달 요소를 통해 서로 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 및 냉각 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 격벽(6)의 외측 및 내측 중 일측 이상에는 표면적을 확대시키는 핀이 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 및 냉각 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 격벽(6)의 외측 주변 부분에는 방열(放熱) 매체의 유속을 증가시키는, 핀 또는 배플판(12)에 의해 형성된 유로가 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 및 냉각 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유입되는 열은 복사율이 큰 열 발생기에 의해 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 및 냉각 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 유입되는 열은 격벽(6)의 윤곽에 적합하게 된 적열(赤熱) 버너 표면(5c)을 갖는 가스 버너(5)에 의해 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 및 냉각 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 고온 피스톤(8)은 아치 형상의 격벽(6)의 윤곽에 합치된 피스톤 저부(8a)에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 및 냉각 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 격벽(6)의 내측의 주변 부분에는 유속을 증가시키는, 핀 또는 배플판(11)에 의해 형성된 유로가 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 및냉각 장치.
