Claims (6)
- 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 약제학적으로 허용가능한 이의 염.상기 식에서,Z는 F이고, Z'는 H이며,Q는또는이고,X는 F이며,Y는 H이고,R1은 (C1-2)알킬이며,R2및 R3는 각각 독립적으로 메틸이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 메틸인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2,2,2-트리플루오로-1-(3-트리메릴실릴-6-플루오로)페닐 에탄온인 화합물.
- 일반식의 4-플루오로트리알킬실릴페닐 화합물을 리튬염으로 전환시키고, 반응물을 일반식 XCF2C02R의 에스테르 또는 일반식 XCF2C02Li의 산 리튬염[여기서, X는 F이고, R은 (C1-6)알킬이다]과 배합시킨 후 가수분해시켜,일반식의 케톤(여기서, X'는 F이다)을 수득하고, 이어서 케톤을 가수분해하여 알콜을 수득함을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 약제학적으로 허용가능한 이의 염을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서,Q는또는이며,X'는 F이고,R1은 (C1-2) 알킬이고,R2및 R3은 각각 독립적으로 메틸이다.
