Description
Claims (4)
- (a) 마그네슘화합물과 티타늄화합물 및 내부전자공여체를 필수 성분으로 하는 고체착물티타늄 촉매와,(b) 주기율표의 제 I 족 또는 제III족 금속의 유기 금속 화합물 및(c) 외부전자공여체로 이루어진 촉매계의 존재하에서 올레핀을 중합 또는 공중합시키는 방법으로서,상기 외부전자공여체가, 외부전자공여체(1)과 외부전자공여체(2)로 된 2개 이상의 외부전자공여체들로 구성되며, 상기 외부전자공여체(1)를 상기 고체착물티타늄 촉매(a) 및 유기 금속 화합물(b)와 함께 사용하여 얻은 호모폴리머(1)의 MFR(1)과, 상기 외부전자공여체(1)을 사용한 경우와 동일한 중합반응 조건하에서 외부전자공여체(2)를 사용하여 얻은 호모폴리머(2)의 MFR(2)의 비인 MFR(2)/MFR(1) 비가 2~10이고, 각 호모폴리머(1)과 호모폴리머(2)의 NMR pentad가 95.5% 이상인 것임을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합 또는 공중합 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 내부전자공여체는 모노에틸렌글리콜, 디에틸렌글리콜, 트리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 모노프로필렌글리콜 및 디프로필렌글리콜의 모노에스테르 또는 디에스테르인 폴리카르복실산 에스테르 화합물 중 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합 또는 공중합방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 유기금속화합물은 트리알킬알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합 또는 공중합방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 외부전자공여체(1)은 디시클로펜틸디메톡시살란, 비스 (2.5-디디메틸시클로펜틸)디메톡시실란, 디시클로펜테닐디메톡시실란, 디(3-시클로펜테닐)디메톡시실란, 비스(2,5-디메틸-3-시클로펜테닐)디메톡시실란, 디-2,4-시클로펜타디에닐디메톡시실란, 비스(2,5-디메틸-2,4-시클로펜타디에닐)디메톡시실란, 비스(1-메틸-1-시클로펜틸에틸)디메톡시실란, 시클로펜틸시클로펜테닐디메톡시실란 또는 시클로펜틸시클로펜타디에닐디메톡시실란이고, 외부전자공여체(2)는 디이소프로필디메톡시실란, 디세컨더리부틸디메톡시실란, 디시클로헥실디메톡시실란, 이소부틸이소프로필디메톡시실란, 이소부틸세컨더리부틸디메톡시실란, 이소부틸시클로펜틸디메톡시실란, 이소프로필세컨더리부틸디메톡시실란, 이소프로필시클로펜틸디메톡시실란, 이소프로필시클로헥실디메톡시실란, 이소부틸시클로헥실디메톡시실란, 세컨더리부틸시클로펜틸디메톡시실란 또는 세컨더리부틸시클로헥실디메톡시실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합 또는 공중합 방법.
