Claims (5)
- 상호 접근분리방향으로 왕복 이동하는 한쌍의 브레이크 슈(6, 7)의 탄젠트힘(Ft)을 담당하기 위한 제동력 담당 브래킷(8)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자제동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 고정부재(10)에 제동력 담당 브래킷(8)을 고정부착하고, 한쌍의 브레이크 슈(6, 7)의 측면(6a, 7a)을 슬라이드 가능하게 받는 슬라이드면 (18)을 상기 제동력 담당 브래킷(8)의 내부 근처에 설치하여, 한쌍의 상기 브레이크 슈(6, 7)를 그 제동력 담당 브래킷(8)으로 포위하는 형상으로 담당하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자제동장치.
- 전자석부(1)와 소정간격을 갖고 판상체(2)를 배열설치하고, 상기 전자석부(1)의 고정철심(3)과 상기 판상체(2)를 복수개의 가이드레버(4)로 연결일체화함과 동시에, 상기 전자석부(1)와 판상체(2)의 사이에 한쌍의 브레이크 슈(6, 7) 및 한쌍의 상기 브레이크 슈(6, 7)의 탄젠트힘(Ft)을 담당하기 위한 제동력 담당 브래킷(8)을 배열설치하고 상기 제동력 담당 브래킷(8)을 고정부재(10)에 고정부착한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자제동장치.
- 전자석부(1)와 소정간격을 갖고 판상체(2)를 배열설치하고, 상기 전자석부(1)의 고정철심(3)과 상기 판상체(2)를 복수개의 가이드레버(4)로 연결일체화함과 동시에, 상기 전자석부(1)와 판상체(2)의 사이에 한쌍의 브레이크 슈(6, 7) 및 한쌍의 상기 브레이크 슈(6, 7)의 탄젠트힘(Ft)을 담당하기 위한 제동력 담당 브래킷(8)을 배열설치하고, 상기 제동력 담당 브래킷(8)을 고정부재(10)에 고정부착하고, 더욱더 한쌍의 브레이크 슈(6, 7)중의 한쪽은 구심커플링(19)을 통하여 상기 전자석부(1)의 가동철심(5)측에 설치되고, 다른 한쪽은 상기 판상체(2)측에 조정나사(20)와 구심커플링(21)을 통하여 설치되고, 동시에 한쌍의 상기 브레이크 슈(6, 7)를 상호 떨어지는 방향으로 상시 탄성 반발 가압하는 한쌍의 리턴스프링(22, 22)을 각각의 브레이크 슈(6, 7)와 상기 제동력 담당 브래킷(8)의 사이에 끼워서, 상기 구심커플링(19, 21)의 각각의 요철 미끄럼접촉면을 밀착유지하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자제동장치.
- 전자석부(1)와 판상체(2) 양자를 소정간격으로 유지하여 연결 일체화하는 복수개의 가이드레버(4)로 이루어지는 유닛(U)을 형성하고, 상기 유닛(U)의 상기 전자석부(1)와 판상체(2)의 사이에 한쌍의 브레이크 슈(6, 7)의 탄젠트힘(Ft)을 담당하기 위한 제동력 담당 브래킷(8)을 배열설치하고, 더욱더, 상기 유닛(U)을 미소치수로 부유가능하게 상기 제동력 담당 브래킷(8)에 부착하고, 상기 제동력 담당 브래킷(8)에 대하여 상기 판상체(2)가 떨어지는 방향으로 탄성 반발 가압하는 탄성반발 부재(36)를 설치하고, 동시에, 상기 판상체(2)가 상기 떨어지는 방향으로 과대하게 이동하는 것을 규제하는 규제부재(37)를 설치하고, 피제동체(9)에 대한 상기 유닛(U)의 센터링을 도모하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자제동장치.
