Claims (1)
- 전동기에 의해 구동되는 출력축을 갖고 이 출력축에 동축으로 플런저, 여자코일,오버러닝 클러치가 배치되어 되는 스타터로서,여자코일을 여자하여 플런저를 흡인함으로써 전동기를 구동 하는 것으로 출력축과 스플라인 결합된 스러스트 스플라인을 갖는 상기 오버러닝 클러치를 링기어의 방향으로 이동 시키고 오버러닝 클러치에 설치된 피니언을 링기어에 맞물리게 하여 엔진을 시동 시키는 스타터에 있어서,상기, 플러저의 내주와 출력축의 외주와의 사이에 탄성수단과, 상기 스러스트 스플라인의 후단에 맞닿고, 상기 탄성수단의 탄발력을 스러스트 스플라인에 전달하기 위한 전달수단을 배치하며 또한, 상기 플런저의 후단측의 내주에는 상기 탄성수단을 누르고, 이 탄성수단 및 상기 전달수단, 스러스트 스플라인을 통하여 상기 오버러닝 클러치를 상기 링기어의 방향으로 이동 시키는 동시에 상기 피니언의단면이 상기 링기어의 단면에 맞닿은 후에 상기 피니언의 기어의 산과 골이 링기어의 기어의 골과 산에 일치한 경우에 상기 탄성수단의 탄발력에 의해 피니언을 링기어에 맞물리게 하기 위한 누름수단을 고정하여 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 스타터.
