Claims (18)
- 복수 개의 단위 데이타 항목들로 분할된 영상 데이타를 기록하는 제1 영역,상기 제1 영역에 기록된 복수 개의 단위 데이타 항목들의 재생 순서를 규정하는 속성 정보가 기록된 제2 영역, 및복수 개의 단위 데이타 항목의 각각에 대해 데이타가 재생될 수 있는지 여부를 규정하는 제1 제어 정보가 기록된 제3 영역을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상 데이타 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 제어 정보는단위 데이타를 재생할 수 있도록 하고 그 단위 데이타의 삭제 금지를 규정하는 제1 정보,상기 단위 데이타의 재생을 금지하고 그 단위 데이타의 삭제 금지를 규정하는 제2 정보 및상기 단위 데이타의 삭제 가능을 규정하는 제3 정보중의 하나인 것인 영상 데이타 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 제어 정보에 의해 재생 금지를 규정하는 단위 데이타가 단위 데이타 항목들의 많은 세트로 형성된 대 데이타 그룹 내에 있는지 여부를 규정하는 제2 정보가 기록된 제4 영역을 더 구비하는 영상 데이타 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 영역내에 기록된 복수 개의 단위 데이타 항목들중의 미리 설정된 단위 데이타 항목의 수를 수집함에 의해 각각 형성된 소 데이타 그룹에 대한 단위 데이타 항목들의 재생 순서를 규정하는 속성 정보가 기록된 제5 영역 및재생이 상기 소 데이타 그룹의 각각에 대해 실행될 수 있는지 여부를 규정하는 제3 제어 정보가 기록된 제6 영역을 더 구비하는 영상 데이타 기록 매체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제3 제어 정보가상기 소 데이타 그룹을 재생할 수 있도록 하고 그 데이타 그룹의 삭제 금지를 규정하는 제4 정보,상기 소 데이타 그룹의 재생을 금지하고 그 데이타 그룹의 삭제 금지를 규정하는 제5 정보 및상기 소 데이타 그룹의 삭제 가능을 규정하는 제6 정보중의 하나인 것인 영상 데이타 기록 매체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제3 제어 정보에 의해 재생 금지를 규정된 상기 소 데이타 그룹이 복수 개의 소 데이타 그룹 세트로 형성된 대 데이타 그룹에 존재하는지 여부를 규정하는 제4 제어 정보가 기록된 제7 영역을 더 구비하는 영상 데이타 기록매체.
- 복수 개의 단위 데이타 항목으로 분할된 영상 데이타,상기 복수 개의 단위 데이타 항목들의 재생 순서를 규정하는 속성 정보 및상기 복수 개의 단위 데이타 항목들 각각에 대해 데이타가 재생될 수 있는지 여부를 규정하는 제1 제어 정보를 기록 매체에 기록하는 기록 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상 데이타 기록 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1 제어 정보는단위 데이타를 재생할 수 있도록 하고 그 단위 데이타의 삭제 금지를 규정하는 제1 정보,단위 데이타의 재생을 금지하고 그 단위 데이타의 삭제 금지를 규정하는 제2 정보 및단위 데이타의 삭제 가능을 규정하는 제3 정보중의 하나인 것인 영상 데이타 기록 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 제1 제어 정보에 의해 재생 금지가 규정된 단위 데이타가 많은 수의 단위 데이타 항목 세트로 형성된 대 데이타 그룹에 존재하는지 여부를 규정하는 제2 정보를 기록하는 제2 기록 수단을 더 구비하는 영상 데이타 기록 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 복수 개의 단위 데이타 항목들 중의 미리 설정된 번호의 단위 데이타 항목들을 수집함에 의해 각각 형성된 소 데이타 그룹의 단위 데이타 항목들의 재생 순서를 규정하는 속성 정보 및소 데이타 그룹들 각각에 대해 재생이 실행될 수 있는지 여부를 규정하는 제3 제어 정보를 기록하는 제 3 기록 수단을 더 구비하는 영상 데이타 기록 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제3 제어 정보는상기 소 데이타 그룹을 재생할 수 있도록 하고 그 데이타 그룹의 삭제 금지를 규정하는 제4 정보,소 데이타 그룹의 재생을 금지하고 그 데이타 그룹의 삭제 금지를 규정하는 제5 정보 및소 데이타 그룹의 삭제 가능을 규정하는 제6 정보중의 하나인 것인 영상 데이타 기록 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제3 제어 정보에 의해 재생 금지가 규정된 소 데이타 그룹이 복수 개의 소 데이타 그룹 세트들로 형성된 대 데이타 그룹내에 존재하는지 여부를 규정하는 제4 제어 정보를 기록하는 제4 기록 수단을 더 구비하는 영상 데이타 기록 장치.
- 복수 개의 단위 데이타 항목들로 분할된 영상 데이타,상기 복수 개의 단위 데이타 항목들의 재생 순서를 규정하는 속성 정보 및상기 복수 개의 단위 데이타 항목들의 각각에 대한 데이타들이 재생될 수 있는지 여부를 규정하는 제1 제어 정보가 기록된 기록 매체를 재생하는 영상 데이타 재생 장치에 있어서,상기 복수 개의 단위 데이타 항목들이 속성 정보에 의해 규정된 재생 순서에 기초하여 재생될 때, 제1 제어 정보에 의해 재생되는 것을 금지하도록 규정된 단위 데이타 항목의 재생을 금지하는 제어 작업을 실행하는 재생 수단을 구비하는 영상 데이타 재생 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제1 제어 정보는상기 단위 데이타를 재생할 수 있도록 하고 그 단위 데이타의 삭제 금지를 규정하는 제1 정보,단위 데이타의 재생을 금지하고 그 단위 데이타의 삭제 금지를 규정하는 제2 정보 및단위 데이타의 삭제 가능을 규정하는 제3 정보중의 하나인 것인 영상 데이타 재생 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 영상 데이타는 영상 데이타의 압축 코딩 시스템에 기초하여 결정되고, 프레임내 코딩 화상 및 프레임간 코딩 화상을 포함하는 기준 단위들로 분할되고, 단위 데이타가 적어도 상기 기준 단위중의 하나로 규정되는 것인 영상 데이타 재생 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 재생된 단위 데이타의 헤드 위치가 기준 단위에 있는 프레임간 코딩 화상에 대응하면, 상기 재생 수단은 기준 단위를 포함하는 프레임내 코딩 화상을 자동적으로 검색하고 재생하는 것인 영상 데이타 재생 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 복수 개의 단위 데이타 항목들 중의 미리 설정된 수의 단위 데이타 항목을 수집함으로써 각각 형성된 소 데이타 그룹들의 단위 데이타 항목들의 재생 순서를 규정하는 속성 정보 및소 데이타 그룹의 각각에 대해 재생이 실행될 수 있는지 여부를 결정하는 제2 제어 정보가 상기 기록 매체에 기록되어 있고,상기 재생 수단은 상기 제어 수단에 의해 재생 금지되도록 규정된 소 데이타 그룹의 재생을 금지하는 제어 작업을 실행하는 것인 영상 데이타 재생 장치.
- 제17항에 있어서, 제2 제어 정보는상기 소 데이타 그룹을 재생할 수 있도록 하고 그 데이타 그룹의 삭제 금지를 규정하는 제4 정보,상기 소 데이타 그룹의 재생을 금지하고 그 데이타 그룹의 삭제 금지를 규정하는 제5 정보 및상기 소 데이타 그룹의 삭제 가능을 규정하는 제6 정보중의 하나인 것인 영상 데이타 재생 장치.
