Claims (3)
- (정정)밀폐된 원통형 하우징 내부에 유체가 충진되어 있고, 상기한 유체속에서 이동하면서 유체가 오리피스를 통과하는 유체 저항으로 감쇄력을 발생시키도록 피스톤이 설치된 쇽 업소버에 있어서,상기한 피스톤의 면에 수평 방향으로 이동하면서 오리피스를 개폐하여 오리피스를 통과하는 유체의 저항에 의해 감쇄력을 발생시키도록 형성된 밸브와, 상기한 밸브와 피스톤 사이에 설치되어 밸브가 수평 운동 가능하고 다른 방향으로 피스톤에서 이탈되지 않도록 구성된 가이드 수단과, 상기한 피스톤이 팽창 방향으로 이동할 때 유체가 가하는 힘을 수평 방향으로 변화시켜 밸브를 이동시키는 동작 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
- (정정)제1항에 있어서, 상기한 가이드 수단은 피스톤의 오리피스 형성 위치에서 반경 방향으로 형성된 다수의 가이드홈과, 상기한 가이드홈에 밸브가 끼워져 피스톤 상면으로 이탈되지 않고 수평 방향으로 이동 가능하도록 밸브에 형성된 가이드 돌기및 상기한 밸브(2)를 가이드홈(3) 내부에서 제한하도록 피스톤(57) 외경에 끼워져 고정되는 고정링(5)으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 동작 수단은 상기한 밸브와 유체가 닿는 면에 형성되어 피스톤의 팽창 방향 이동 시 유체가 밸브를 가압하는 힘을 수평 방향으로 변화시켜 밸브를 이동시키는 힘을 발생시키도록 밸브에 형성된 경사면과, 상기한 밸브를 오리피스 방향으로 탄성 가압하도록 설치되는 스프링으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
