Claims (8)
- 2 내지 15mm 두께의 지지체에, 지지체 중량을 기준으로 200 내지 1000중량%의 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머 조성물이 함침되어 있는 프리폴리머 함침층; 및 상기 함침층의 상부 및 하부에 각각 위치하며 0.5 내지 3 mm 두께의 제1 및 제2 보호층을 포함하며, 상기 지지체 및 보호층이 부직포 또는 편직물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 정형용 부목재 및 보조기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지체는 밀도 0.05 내지 0.6 g/cm3의 폴리에스테르 편직물로 이루어지고, 상기 보호층은 밀도 0.05 내지 0.3 g/cm3의 부직포로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 정형용 부목재 및 보조기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 편직물은 DTY사로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 지지체는 단층 또는 이중층 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 정형용 부목재 및 보조기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지체 및 보호층이 밀도 0.05 내지 0.3 g/cm3의 부직포로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 정형용 부목재 및 보조기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부직포가 폴리에틸렌 단섬유, 폴리프로필렌 단섬유 및 폴리에스체르 단섬유로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 단섬유로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 정형용 부목재 및 보조기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머 조성물은 조성물 총중량을 기준으로 50 내지 65중량%의 4,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트, 3 내지 10중량%의 2,4-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트, 25 내지 30 중량% 폴리프로필렌글리콜, 6 내지 8중량%의 에틸렌 글리콜 및 프로필렌 글리콜 랜덤공중합체, 수경화촉매로서 0.5 내지 2중량%의 디모르폴리노디에틸에테르, 소포제로서 0.1 내지 2중량%의 폴리알킬렌옥시디메틸실록산 및 안정제로서 0.01 내지 1중량%의 인산을 반응시켜 얻은 것임을 특징으로 하는 정형용 부목재 및 보조기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머 조성물은 가소제로서 디부틸프탈레이트를, 조성물 총중량을 기준으로 0.5 내지 2중량% 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정형용 부목재 및 보조기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머 조성물이 10 내지 20 중량%의 세라믹 분말을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정형용 부목재 및 보조기.
