Claims (24)

  1. 마주보는 표면을 지니는 패딩과 이들 표면중의 하나위에 배치된 경화 캐스팅 물질을 포함하며, 상기 패딩은 플루오로 케미칼 또는 실리콘으로 처리되며, 이것의 겉보기 표면 에너지는 약 60dynes/cm 이하이고, 다공도는 15sec이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 신체부분을 고정시키도록 적용된 정형외과용 캐스트 또는 부목.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패딩이 15-50dynes/cm의 겉보기 표면에너지를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐스트 또는 부목.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패딩이 실리콘으로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐스트 또는 부목.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패딩이 플루오로케미칼로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐스트 또는 부목.

  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패딩이 면화, 폴리에스테르 및 포움(foam)으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐스트 또는 부목.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플루오로케미칼 또는 실리콘이 피부에 비자극적인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐스트 또는 부목.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화된 캐스팅 물질이 경화된 화합물로 함침된 웹을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐스트 또는 부목.

  14. (a) 패딩의 한 표면이 신체부분을 덮어 씌우고, 그 반대표면은 노출되도록 패딩을 신체부분에 적용시키고, (b) 활동화된, 경화성 캐스팅 물질을 패딩의 노출표면에 적용시키고, (c) 상기 물질을 경화시키는 단계들을 포함하며, 상기 패딩이 플루오로케미칼 또는 실리콘으로 처리되며, 이것의 겉보기 표면 에너지는 약 60dynes/cm 이하이고, 약 15sec 이하의 다공도를 지니는 신체부분을 고정화시키는 방법.
