Claims (5)
- 디젤 엔진과; 이 엔진에 의해 회전 구동되어 복수의 액츄에이터를 구동하는 하나이상의 가변용량형 유압 펌프와; 상기 유압 펌프의 토출유량을 지령하는 유량지령수단과; 상기 엔진의 연료분사율을 제어하는 분사율 제어 액츄에이터를 구비하여, 상기 엔진의 연료분사량을 제어하는 전자 연료분사장치를 포함하여 이루어지는, 건설기계의 엔진제어장치에 있어서,상기 유압 펌프의 상태량을 검출하는 제 1 검출수단과;이 제 1 검출수단의 검출치에 의거하여 상기 유압 펌프의 부하를 연산하는 부하연산수단과;상기 유압 펌프의 부하에 따른 연료분사율이 얻어지도록 상기 연료분사율 제어 액츄에이터를 작동시키는 분사율 연산제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 엔진제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 검출수단은 상기 유압 펌프의 토출압력을 검출하는 수단과, 상기 유압 펌프의 변위용적을 검출하는 수단을 가지며, 상기 부하연산수단은 이들 검출치로부터 유압 펌프의 부하를 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 엔진제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 검출수단은 상기 유압 펌프의 토출압력을 검출하는 수단을 가지며, 상기 부하연산수단은 이 검출치와 상기 유량지령수단이 지령하는 유압 펌프의 토출유량에 상당하는 목표 변위용적으로부터 유압 펌프의 부하를 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 엔진제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 엔진의 회전수를 검출하는 제 2 검출수단을 더욱 구비하며,상기 분사율 연산제어수단은 상기 유압 펌프의 부하와 엔진의 회전수에 의거하여 유압 펌프의 부하가 증대함에 따라서, 또한 엔진의 회전수가 낮아짐에 따라서, 연료분사율이 작아지도록 분사율 지령치를 결정하고, 상기 전자 연료분사장치는 또한 상기 분사율 여하에 관계없이 연료분사 개시시기가 실질적으로 변화하지 않도록 제어하는 분사시기 제어수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 엔진제어장치.
- 디젤 엔진과; 이 엔진의 연료분사량을 제어하는 전자 연료분사장치를 구비한 건설기계의 엔진제어장치에 있어서,상기 엔진의 부하를 검출하는 수단과;상기 엔진의 회전수를 검출하는 수단과;상기한 엔진의 부하와 엔진의 회전수에 의거하여 엔진의 부하가 증대함에 따라서, 또한 엔진의 회전수가 낮아짐에 따라서, 연료분사율이 작아지고, 또한 상기 분사율 여하에 관계없이 연료분사 개시시기가 실질적으로 변화하지 않도록 제어하는 연료분사 제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 제어장치.
