Claims (29)
- 적어도 1 이상의 세륨/지르코늄 원자 비율로 세륨 산화물과 지르코늄 산화물을 기재로 하는 조성물에 있어서, 900℃에서 6 시간동안의 소성후 35 내지 58 m2/g 의 비표면적 및 400℃에서 1.5 내지 2.8 ml O2/g의 산소 저장 용량을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 적어도 1 이상의 세륨/지르코늄 원자 비율로 세륨 산화물, 지르코늄 산화물 및 이트륨 산화물을 기재로 하는 조성물에 있어서, 900℃에서 6 시간동안의 소성후 35 내지 58 m2/g의 비표면적 및 400℃에서 1.5 내지 2.8 ml O2/g의 산소 저장 용량을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 적어도 1 이상의 세륨/지르코늄 원자 비율로 세륨 산화물 및 지르코늄 산화물과, 스칸듐 산화물 및 희토류 금속 산화물(세륨 산화물을 제외)로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 산화물을 기재로 하는 조성물에 있어서, 900℃에서 6 시간동안의 소성후 45 내지 58 m2/g의 비표면적을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 400℃에서 1.5 내지 2.8 ml O2/g의 산소 저장 용량을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 희토류 금속이 란탄, 네오디뮴 또는 프라세오디뮴인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 900℃에서 6 시간동안의 소성후 40 내지 58 m2/g의 비표면적을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1000℃에서 6 시간동안의 소성후 14 내지 37 m2/g의 비표면적을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 400℃에서 1.8 내지 2.8 ml O2/g의 산소 저장 용량을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 400℃에서 2.5 내지 2.8 ml O2/g의 산소 저장 용량을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식 CeXZrYMZO2로 표현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.(상기 식에서, M은 이트륨, 스칸듐 및 희토류 금속을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 나타내며,z = 0의 경우, x는 0.5 이상 0.95 이하의 범위이고, 여기서 x와 y는 x + y = 1의 상관 관계에 있으며,z가 0보다 큰 경우, z는 0 초과 0.3 이하의 범위이고, x/y 비율은 1 이상 19 이하의 범위이고, 여기서 x, y 및 z는 x + y + z = 1의 상관 관계에 있다).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고용액의 형태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 액체 매질에서 세륨 화합물, 지르코늄 화합물, 및 필요하다면 이트륨, 스칸듐 또는 희토류 금속 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물을 제조하고; 상기 혼합물을 가열하며; 얻어진 침전물을 회수하여 소성시키는 단계로 이루어지는 방법에 있어서,상기 혼합물을, 용액의 산/염기 적정 동안 당량점에 도달하는데 필요한 염기의 양이 몰 비율로 OH-/Zr ≤1.65의 조건을 만족하도록 된 지르코늄 용액을 사용하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 탄산지르코늄에 질산을 공격하여 얻은 질산지르코닐을 지르코늄 용액으로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 상기한 염기의 양이 몰 비율로 OH-/Zr ≤1.5의 조건을 만족하도록 된 지르코늄 용액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 세륨, 스칸듐 또는 희토류 금속 화합물로서 이들 원소의 염을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 알루미나, 티타늄 산화물, 세륨 산화물, 지르코늄 산화물, 실리카, 스피넬, 지오라이트, 실리케이트, 결정질 실리코알루미늄 인산염 또는 결정질 알루미늄 인산염 유형으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 지지체 및 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉매 특성을 갖는 코팅 제품.
- 기판상에 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 기재로 하는 코팅을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 사용하는 내연기관의 배기가스 처리방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 사용하는 자동차 후연소용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 따른 촉매 제품을 사용하는 내연기관의 배기가스 처리방법.
- 제17항에 따른 촉매 제품을 사용하는 자동차 후연소용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 적어도 1 이상의 세륨/지르코늄 원자 비율로 세륨 산화물 및 지르코늄 산화물과, 스칸듐 산화물 및 희토류 금속 산화물(세륨 산화물을 제외)로부터 선택된 1 종 이상의 산화물을 기재로 하는 조성물에 있어서, 900℃에서 6 시간동안의 소성후 35 내지 58 m2/g의 비표면적을 나타내고 400℃에서 1.5 내지 2.8 ml O2/g의 산소 저장 용량을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 900℃에서 6 시간동안의 소성후 45 내지 58 m2/g의 비표면적을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1000℃에서 6 시간동안의 소성후20 내지 37 m2/g의 비표면적을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1000℃에서 6 시간동안의 소성후 30 내지 37 m2/g의 비표면적을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항 있어서, 400℃에서 2 내지 2.8 ml O2/g의 산소 저장 용량을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
