Claims (15)
- 표면 구조물을 갖는 커넥팅 부재(2)(2')(2'')를 구비한 튜브관 커넥터(1)와, 상온에서 확장될 수 있고 상온에서 복원되어지는 튜브 단부(6)로 구성되어, 튜브 단부가 커넥팅 부재(2)(2')(2'')에 견고하고 밀봉되게 연결되는 튜브관 연결체에 있어서, 표면구조물에서 연장되어 커넥팅 부재(2)(2')(2'')의 자유단을 형성하는 연장부(4)(4')(4'')가 상기 커넥팅 부재(2)(2')(2'')에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브관 연결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 구조물은, 연장부(4)(4')(4'')쪽으로 테이퍼지고 상기 연장부와 일체로 형성되는 보강물(3)(3')(3'')로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브관 연결체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 연장부(4)(4')(4'')의 자유단(5)(5')(5'')에 챔버(chamfer)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브관 연결체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 튜브 단부(6)는 커넥팅부재(2)(2')(2'')의 내경과 동일한 내경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브관 연결체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 튜브관 커넥터는 두 개 또는 세 개 이상의 커넥팅 부재를 갖는 커넥터이거나, 일측 튜브 단부에 직접 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브관 연결체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 튜브 재질은 중밀도(medium density), 고밀도(high density), 또는 열-탄성 가교 폴리올레핀 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브관 연결체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 커넥팅 부재(2)(2')(2'')에 연결되는 확장된 튜브 단부(6) 부근에 튜브 단부(6)를 둘러싸는 탄성재질의 외측보강물(20)이 튜브에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브관 연결체.
- 표면 구조물을 갖는 하나 이상의 커넥팅 부재(2)(2')(2'')를 구비하고 튜브관과 견고하고 밀봉되게 연결되는 튜브관 커넥터에 있어서, 표면구조물에서 연장되어 커넥팅 부재(2)(2')(2'')의 자유단을 형성하는 연장부(4)(4')(4'')가 상기 커넥팅 부재(2)(2')(2'')에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 표면 구조물은, 연장부(4)(4')(4'')쪽으로 테이퍼지고 상기 연장부와 일체로 형성되는 보강물(3)(3')(3'')로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 연장부(4)(4')(4'')의 자유단(5)(5')(5'')에 챔퍼(chamfer)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 커넥터가 두 개 또는 세 개 이상의 커넥팅 부재를 구비하거나, 일측 튜브 단부에 직접 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 하나 이상의 유압 실린더-피스톤 유닛과, 튜브 단부 또는 튜브관 커넥터 중 하나를 지지하는 유지 수단과, 나머지 하나를 지지하는 이동식 유지 수단과, 하나 이상의 유압 실린더-피스톤 유닛에 연결된 유압 펌프를 구비한 유압 견인 장치를 사용하고, 상기 이동식 유지수단을 이동시켜 열-탄성 가교 폴리올레핀으로 된 튜브와 튜브관 커넥터를 연결시키는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 튜브 단부 또는 튜브관 커넥터에서, 탄성 물질로 만들어진 외측보강물이, 확장될 튜브 단부 부근에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 피스톤을 포함하고 수작동(manually operated) 펌프에 연결되는 하나의 실린더가 유압 실린더-피스톤 유닛에 구비되고, 튜브 커넥터 또는 튜브 단부 중 하나를 지지하는 고정식 유지 수단과, 나머지 하나를 지지하고 가이드 수단을 통해 가이드되는 이동식 유지수단이 유압 견인 장치에 제공되어, 상기 이동식 유지 수단을 이동시킴에 의해 튜브관을 연결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 각각 유압실린더와 피스톤 로드를 포함하는 두 개의 유압 실린더-피스톤 유닛이 상기 유압 견인 장치에 제공되고, 서로 평행하게 배열된 상기 두 유압 실린더를 연결하는 유지 수단과, 상기 유압 실린더에서 돌출하여 서로 평행하게 뻗은 피스톤 로드에 부착된 이동식 유지 수단을 구비한 유압 견인 장치를 사용하여, 상기 이동식 유지수단을 이동시킴에 의해 튜브관을 연결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
