Claims (8)
- 불균화반응, 알킬교환반응 및 탈알킬반응이 가능한 촉매의 도움으로 C9알킬방향족탄화수소를 함유하는 공급원료로부터 크실렌을 제조하는 개선된 방법에 있어서, 상기 개선은 5 내지 50wt%의 양으로 하나 이상의 에틸기를 갖는 방향족탄화수소의 존재하에서 반응을 수행하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 15 내지 50wt%의 양으로 하나 이상의 에틸기를 갖는 방향족 탄화수소의 존재하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크실렌 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매가 제올라이트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크실렌 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 모데나이트 제올라이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 크실렌 제조방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 VIB, VIIB 및 VIII족에 속한 금속으로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 성분을 0.001 내지 5wt% 함유하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 크실렌 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 금속이 레늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 크실렌 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 0.02 내지 1wt%의 레늄(원소로서)을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크실렌 제조방법.
- 불균화반응, 전위 및 탈알킬반응이 가능한 촉매의 도움으로 C9알킬방향족탄화수소를 함유하는 공급원료로 부터 크실렌을 제조하는 개선된 방법에 있어서, 상기 개선이 WHSV가 0.1∼10/hr 이며, 수소의 존재하에서, 1∼6MPa 및 300∼550℃에서 5 내지 50wt%의 양으로 하나 이상의 에틸기를 갖는 방향족탄화수소의 존재하에서 반응을 수행하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
