Claims (11)
- 조성이 CoX(CoO)1-X(여기서, x는 0.02 내지 0.5 범위 내임)이고, 일차 입자의 평균 입도가 20 ㎛ 미만인 코발트/산화코발트 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일차 입자의 평균 입도가 0.5 내지 10 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 코발트/산화코발트 분말.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, x가 0.02 내지 0.2 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 코발트/산화코발트 분말.
- 코발트 산화물 및(또는) 열분해에 의해 코발트 산화물을 형성하는 코발트 화합물을 500 내지 850℃의 온도에서 코발트/산화코발트 분말의 형성을 유도하는 조건하에서 환원시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 코발트/산화코발트 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 코발트 산화물로 CoO, Co2O3및 Co3O4로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 재료를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 코발트 산화물을 형성하는 코발트 화합물로 코발트의 수산화물, 옥살산염 및 탄산염으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 재료를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 환원제로 CO, H2, 탄소, 천연 가스, 탄화수소 및(또는) 포름산 암모늄을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 환원제가 불활성 기체로 희석되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 반응을 회전 가마 또는 유동화 베드에서 연속적으로 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 반응을 580 내지 650℃의 온도에서 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 코발트/산화코발트 분말을 함유하는 이차 전지용 전극 재료.
