Claims (8)
- (1) 코발트 하이드록사이드옥사이드(CoOOH)를 염산, 황산, 질산들 중 2이상의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 산수용액에 넣고, 산수용액에서 액중의 코발트이온농도가 5내지 25%이내가 되도록 하고 50내지 100℃의 범위의 온도에서 가열 용해시키는 가산용해단계;(2) 상기 가산용해단계에서 수득된 용액에 옥살산, 포름산 등의 카르복실산의 알칼리금속염 또는 알칼리토금속염들로이루어진 카르복실산염을 가하여 코발트-카르복실산염을 생성시키는 침전단계;(3) 상기 침전단계에서 수득된 침전물을 여과하고 적어도 2회 이상 세정한 후 분리하고, 건조시키는 침전회수단계 ;(4) 건조된 침전물을 불활성분위기 또는 환원성분위기에서 300 내지 600℃의 온도범위에서 다단계로 가열하여 환원시키는 환원단계들을 를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 코발트 하이드록사이드옥사이드로부터의 고순도, 고비표면적의 초미립 코발트금속분말 제조 방법.

- 제 1항에서 있어서, 상기 환원단계가 300 내지 600℃의 온도범위에서 3내지 5단계의 다단계 환원가열을 통해 환원이 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 코발트 하이드록사이드옥사이드로부터의 고순도, 고비표면적의 초미립 코발트금속분말 제조방법.
