Claims (11)
- 수평균분자량이 300 내지 100,000이고, 주된 반복단위로서 -(RSiN3)-, -(RSiN2O)-, -(RSiNO2)- 및 -(RSiO3)- (식중, R은 알킬기, 알켄일기, 시클로알킬기, 아릴기, 알킬아미노기 또는 알킬실릴기를 나타낸다)을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리오르가노실록사잔.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리머 주쇄를 구성하는 Si 원자결합중 Si-O 결합량이 20 내지 80몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리오르가노실록사잔.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리머 주쇄를 구성하는 Si 원자결합중 Si-O 결합량이 30 내지 50몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리오르가노실록사잔.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, R이 페닐기인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리오르가노실록사잔.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, R이 메틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리오르가노실록사잔.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, R이 시클로알킬기인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리오르가노실록사잔.
- 수평균분자량이 300 내지 100,000이고, 주된 반복단위로서 -(RSiN3)-, -(RSiN2O)-, -(RSiNO2)- 및 -(RSiO3)- (식중, R은 알킬기, 알켄일기, 시클로알킬기, 아릴기, 알킬아미노기 또는 알킬실릴기를 나타낸다)를 함유하는 폴리오르가노실록사잔을 세라믹 재료로 전환시켜 얻어지는, 비유전율이 2.7 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 재료.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, R이 페닐기인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 재료.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, R이 메틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 재료.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 재료로의 전환은 100-700℃의 온도에서 소성시키는 것으로 이루어지는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 재료.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 소성단계를 질소 분위기하에서 시행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 재료.
