Claims (19)
- 세라믹 재료로 이루어진 중공 미세 섬유에 있어서, 상기 섬유의 벽두께는 약 0.01 내지 15㎛이고, 외경은 약 0.5 내지 35㎛ 이며, 벽두께 및 외경의 변동은 ±6% 를 넘지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 미세 섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 벽두께는 약 0.3 내지 6㎛이고, 특히 약 0.5 내지 3㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 미세 섬유.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 외경은 약 1 내지 25㎛이고, 특히 약 1 내지 10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 미세 섬유.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 실제로 산화물, 규산염, 질화물 및/또는 탄화물 세라믹 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 미세 섬유.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 반투과성 벽을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 미세 섬유.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 밀봉 연소된 벽을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 미세 섬유.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 벽의 외부면상에는 하나의 분리층이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 미세 섬유.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 분리층의 벽두께는 2.5㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 미세 섬유.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 중공 미세 섬유의 제조 방법에 있어서, 세라믹 물질의 선구 물질 및 가열 작용하에서 제거 가능한 결합제를 함유하는 분산제를 블로잉 방법 (blowing method), 압출 방법, 진공 압출 방법 또는 방적 방법으로 녹색의 중공 미세 섬유로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 분산제가 저장 용기 또는 압력 용기내로 제공되어 약 20 내지 400℃의 온도에서 유동 방식으로 상기 방적 장치를 관류하여 노즐 링형 개구 또는 노즐 프로필 개구에 의해 압축되며, 상기 노즐 개구의 영역내에서 형성된 부분 흐름은 중간에 코어 및/또는 가스를 공급하기 위한 장치에 의해 분기되어 상기 부분 흐름이 가열, 방사 또는 반응 파트너의 첨가에 의해 녹색의 중공 미세 섬유로 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 녹색의 중공 미세 섬유를 연소에 의해 반투과성 중공 미세 섬유로 압축하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 녹색의 중공 미세 섬유를 연소에 의해 압축된 중공 미세 섬유로 연소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 녹색 중공 미세 섬유 또는 세라믹 중공 미세 섬유상에 하나의 분리층을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 유기 분리층으로 코팅된 상기 중공 미세 섬유를 연소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 엔들리스 중공 미세 섬유가 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 중공 미세 섬유를 휘스커 섬유, 축용 직물, 종방향 섬유, 스프 사, 체이프 사, 필라멘트사, 직물, 부직포, 편물, 편성포, 펠트, 조방, 포일, 페이퍼층, 섬유, 로우프, 네트 등으로 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 중공 미세 섬유를 필라멘트-모듈, 라미네이트, 프리폼, 프리프레그 등으로 재가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 멤브레인, 분자 시이브, 촉매 캐리어, 필터, 피에조 세라믹, 이식제, 고온 안정성 이송 벨트, 용융 보호층, 금속-세라믹 합성물 또는 다른 결합 제작 재료, 건축 외장, 전자 소자, 안전 박막, 가스 충전된 박막, 캐리어 재료, 연소 불가능한 및 분해 불가능한 종이 재질, 금속 용융 매트릭스 또는 벽이 얇은 폴리머 성분 및 냉간 형성용, 삼투압계용, 열절연용, 광전달용 또는 밀봉 및 피복용의 매트릭스를 제조하기 위해 사용되는 중공 미세 섬유.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 결합제를 가열작용하에 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
