Claims (8)
- (I) 하기 일반식(1)의 디실록산(A) 및 하기 일반식(2)의 알킬 실리케이트(B)를 성분(A)의 몰/성분(B)의 몰이 0.05 내지 0.6의 범위내인 비율로 사용하여 알콜 30중량% 이상 및 무기산 5중량% 이상을 함유하는 수용액(C) 중에서 가수분해하고 축합시킨 다음; (II) 물에 난용성이고 유전 상수가 4 이상인 유기 용매(D)를 사용하여 실리콘 수지 생성물을 분리함을 특징으로 하여, 고분자량의 실리콘 수지를 제조하는 방법.[R1 2HSi]2O (1)Si(OR2)4(2)상기식에서, R1은 알킬 그룹, 아릴 그룹 또는 아르알킬 그룹으로부터 선택된 1가 탄화수소 그룹이고, R2는 메틸, 에틸 및 프로필로부터 선택된 알킬 그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디실록산이 1,1,3,3-테트라메틸디실록산, 1,3-디메틸-1,3-디에틸디실록산, 1,1-디메틸디실록산, 1,1,3,3-테트라페닐디실록산 및 1,3-디메틸-1,3-디페닐디실록산으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알킬 실리케이트가 메틸 오르토실리케이트, 에틸 오르토실리케이트 및 이소프로필 오르토실리케이트로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알콜이 메틸 알콜, 에틸 알콜, 이소프로필 알콜 및 n-프로필 알콜로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용액(C)가 수용성 유기 용매도 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기산이 염산, 황산 및 질산으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가수분해 및 축합 반응이 30℃이하의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 용매(D)가 에테르 용매, 케톤 용매, 에스테르 용매 및 클로로포름으로부터 선택되는 방법.
