Claims (9)
- (A) 에폭시기 또는 카르복실기를 함유하는 아크릴계 중합체, 비스페놀 화합물 및 비스페놀디글리시딜에테르형 에폭시 수지의 삼자 반응생성물인, 에폭시기를 함유하는 수지에 양이온성기를 도입하여 이루어지는 수지 및 ; (B) 수산기 및 아미노기를 함유하는 아크릴계 수지를 함유하고; (C) 이소시아네이트계 가교제 성분과의 우레탄화 반응에 의해 가교경화시키며, 상기 (A)성분과 상기 (B)성분의 조성비가 양성분의 합계고형분중량에 대해 각각 15~99 중량%와 85~1 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 전착도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (C) 이소시아네이트계 가교제 성분으로서, 완전 블록화된 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물을 배합하여 이루어진 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (C) 이소시아네이트계 가교제 성분으로서, 부분 블록화된 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물을, (A) 성분중의 수산기 및/또는 (B) 성분중의 수산기 일부에 미리 우레탄 결합에 의해 결합시켜서 사용하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 납화합물을 함유하고 있지 않은 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 양이온성기 도입 전의 (A) 성분이, 에폭시기 및 수산기를 함유하고 있고, 그 에폭시 당량이 약 350∼5,000, 수산기가가 50∼150㎎KOH/g, 평균분자량이 약 1,000∼ 10,000인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (B) 성분의 수산기가가 약 50∼400㎎KOH/g, 아민가가 10∼100㎎KOH/g, 평균분자량이 약 2,000∼ 100,000인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 경화촉매를 함유하여 이루어진 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 비스페놀 화합물과 비스페놀디글리시딜에테르형 에폭시 수지와의 에폭시기 함유 반응생성물의 양이온화물을 배합하여 이루어진 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 비스페놀 화합물과 비스페놀디글리시딜에테르형 에폭시 수지와의 에폭시 함유 반응생성물을, 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리에테르 수지, 폴리우레탄 수지 등 폴리아미드 수지에서 선택된 1종 이상으로 변성하고, 이어서 양이온성화한 것을 배합하여 이루어진 조성물.
