Claims (9)
- 밸브 하우징(49)과, 상기 하우징내부의 밸브 챔버(63)와, 상기 밸브 챔버(63)에 위치한 밸브 몸체(64)를 구비하며, 밸브 몸체가 갖는 밸브 구멍을 선택적으로 개폐시킴으로서 밸브 챔버를 통해 유체 흐름을 제어하는 제어 밸브에 있어서,상기 밸브 하우징과 전기적으로 연결되는 케이싱(74)을 포함하며 상기 밸브 몸체를 가동하도록 밸브 하우징에 부착되는 액츄에이터(62)와;상기 케이싱내에 수용되며 전기 절연 물질로 제조되는 보빈(86)과;상기 접지 단부(87b) 및 공급 단부(87a)를 가지며 상기 보빈에 대해 권취되는 코일(87)과;상기 코일의 접지 단부(87b)에 연결되며 상기 보빈에 근접되는 제 1 커넥터 판(95)과;상기 코일의 공급 단부(87b)에 연결되며 상기 케이싱내에 형성되는 전기 공급 단자(90)와;상기 케이싱에 전기적으로 연결되며 상기 제 1 커넥터 판과 이격되어 접하는 제 2 커넥터 판(96)과;상기 커넥터 판과 전기적으로 연결되도록 제 1 커넥터 판과 제 2 커넥터 판 사이에 배치되며, 제 1 및 제 2 커넥터 판중의 하나에 고정되고 다른 커넥터 판과 접촉하는 다수의 가요성 접점(97)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로하는 제어 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 도전성 브래킷(99)은 밸브 하우징에 부착되는 것을 특징으로하는 제어 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접점은 동등하게 이격된 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접점은 종 모양의 횡단면 형상을 가지며, 각 접점은 제 1 커넥터 판에 고정되는 인접 단부와 제 1 커넥터판으로부터 분리되는 말단부와 인접 단부 및 말단부간에 위치된 상승 중심부분을 구비하며, 중심 부분은 제 2 커넥터 판과 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 및 제 2 커넥터 판은 환형인 것을 특징으로하는 제어 밸브.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 하나의 가스켓은 제 1 커넥터 판의 방사상 내측으로, 다른 하나는 방사상 외측으로 배치되는 보빈(86)에 대해 유지되는 한쌍의 가스켓(98)을 특징으로 하는 제어 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 온도 변화에 대해서 커넥터판에 안정된 전기 저항 특성을 주도록 제 1 및 제 2 커넥터 판중의 하나에 표면 처리가 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 밸브.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 표면처리는 은 도금 또는 주석 도금을 수행한 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 밸브.
- 제 1 항 내지 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 밸브는 컴프레서에 설치되며,상기 컴프레서는흡입 챔버, 토출 챔버 및 크랭크 챔버를 구비하는 하우징과;상기 하우징에의해 지지되는 회전 축과;상기 크랭크 챔버내의 회전 축과 일체로 회전하는 로터와;상기 크랭크 챔버내의 회전 축상에 경사 가능하게 지지되는 캠판과;상기 로터를 상기 캠판과 연결하기 위한 힌지 기구와;상기 하우징내에 형성되는 실린더 보어와;상기 실린더 보어내에 왕복가능하게 수용되는 피스톤과,외부로부터 흡입 챔버 내부로 냉매를 도입하도록 하우징내를 한정하는 흡입 통로와; 상기 흡입 통로를 개폐하도록 캠판의 경사에 따라 이동하는 셔터와;상기 크랭크 챔버와 상기 토출 챔버를 연결하는 공급 통로(48)를 포함하며;상기 회전축의 회전은 로터, 힌지 기구 및 캠판에 의해 피스톤의 왕복운동으로 전환되며, 피스톤의 왕복운동은 흡입 챔버를 통해 냉매를 실린더 보어 안으로 흡수시키며 냉매는 실린더 보어내에서 압축되어, 토출 챔버에 대해 토출되며;상기 제어 밸브의 밸브 몸체는 공급 통로를 개폐시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 밸브.
