Claims (24)
- 화학식 1로 표시되는 중합성 모노머와 화학식 2로 표시되는 가교제의 공중합체로 이루어진 고분자 매트릭스와;중합개시제; 및무기염과 용매로 이루어진 전해액;을 포함하는 고분자 전해질 매체(polymer electrolyte medium)와,비닐리덴플루오라이드계 수지 및/또는 N,N-디에틸아크릴아미드를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질.[화학식 1][화학식 2]상기식중, R1은 수소 또는 메틸기이고, R2와 R3는 서로 독립적으로 수소, 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 디알킬아미노프로필[-C3H6N(R')2,여기에서 R'은 C1∼C5알킬기임] 및 하이드록시에틸(CH2CH2OH)기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고,R4와 R5는 서로 독립적으로 수소 및 메틸기중에서 선택되고,n은 3 내지 30의 수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 전해질 매체와, 비닐리덴플루오라이드계 수지와, N,N-디에틸아크릴아미드를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비닐리덴플루오라이드계 수지의 함량은 고분자 전해질 매체의 중량을 기준으로 하여 1 내지 9중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 N,N-디에틸아크릴아미드의 함량이 고분자 전해질 매체의 중량을 기준으로 하여 1 내지 5중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비닐리덴플루오라이드계 수지는 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비닐리덴플루오라이드계 수지는 비닐리덴플루오라이드와 육불화프로필렌의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 비닐리덴플루오라이드와 육불화프로필렌의 혼합중량비는 80:20 내지 90:10인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 유전상수가 높은 비수용성 용매와 아미드기를 갖는 용매의 혼합용매로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 비수용성 용매와 아미드기를 갖는 용매의 혼합부피비가 1:3 내지 3:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 비수용성 용매는 프로필렌 카보네이트, 에틸렌 카보네이트, Υ-부티로락톤, 1,3-디옥소란, 디메톡시에탄, 디메틸카보네이트, 디에틸카보네이트, 테트라하이드로퓨란(THF), 디메틸설폭사이드 및 폴리에틸렌글리콜디메틸에테르로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 아미드기를 갖는 용매가 N,N-디메틸아세트아미드, N,N-디에틸아세트아미드, N,N-디메틸포름아미드 및 N,N-디에틸포름아미드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기염이 과염소산리튬, 사불화붕산리튬, 육불화인산리튬, 삼불화메탄 설폰산리튬 및 리튬 비스트리플루오로메탄 설포닐 아미드로이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합개시제가 2-하이드록시-2-메틸-1-페닐프로판,1-하이드록시사이클로헥실페닐케톤, 1-(4-이소프로필페닐)-2-하이드록시-2-메틸프로판-1-온, 벤질디메틸케탈 및 벤조인에틸에테르(benzoin ethyl ether)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 광중합개시제이거나 또는 아조비스부티로니트릴, 아조비스(2,4-디메틸발레로니트릴) 및 아조비스(4-메톡시-2,4-디메틸발레로니트릴)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 열중합개시제인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 중합성 모노머는 아크릴 아미드, N,N-디메틸아크릴 아미드, N,N-디에틸아크릴 아미드, N-이소프로필 아크릴 아미드, N,N-디메틸아미노프로필아크릴아미드 및 N-아크릴로일 모르폴린으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 2의 가교제는 폴리에틸렌글리콜 디아크릴산 에스테르 또는 폴리에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴산 에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 중합성 모노머와 화학식 2의 가교제의 혼합중량비가 1:9 내지 9:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 중합성 모노머는 고분자 전해질 매체의 중량을 기준으로 하여 10 내지 15중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 2의 가교제는 고분자 전해질 매체의 중량을 기준으로 하여 5 내지 15중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합개시제는 고분자 전해질 매체의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.5 내지 1.5중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전해액은 고분자 전해질 매체의 중량을 기준으로 하여 68.5 내지 84.5중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기염은 전해액의 중량을 기준으로 하여 6 내지 17중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질.
- (a) 화학식 1의 중합성 모노머에, 화학식 2의 가교제와, 중합 개시제와, 무기염과 용매로 이루어진 전해액을 혼합하는 단계;(b) 상기 혼합물에 비닐리덴플루오라이드계 수지 및/또는 N,N-디에틸아크릴아미드를 첨가하여 전해질 조성물을 제조하는 단계; 및(c) 상기 전해질 조성물을 중합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질의 제조방법.[화학식 1][화학식 2]상기식중, R1은 수소 또는 메틸기이고, R2와 R3는 서로 독립적으로 수소, 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 디알킬아미노프로필[-C3H6N(R')2,여기에서 R'은 C1∼C5알킬기임] 및 하이드록시에틸(CH2CH2OH)기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고,R4와 R5는 서로 독립적으로 수소 및 메틸기중에서 선택되고,n은 3 내지 30의 수이다.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계에서 비닐리덴플루오라이드계 수지 첨가시, 아세톤에 용해시켜서 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 고체 전해질의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제21항중 어느 한 항에 따른 고분자 고체 전해질을 채용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차전지.
