Claims (12)
- 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지 (성분 A)와 , 성분 A 보다 10℃ 이상 낮은 유리전이점을 갖는 다목적 페닐스티렌 (성분 B) 및 엘라스토머강화 스티렌 수지 (성분 C)와 함께 용융혼합하여 열가소성 수지 조성물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 500 내지 30,000 ppm 의 양으로 분자량 300 이하의 휘발성분을 함유하는 성분 A, 및 성분 A 의 휘발성분 보다 적은 양의 휘발성분을 함유하는 성분 B를 용융 반죽기의 제 1 공급포트로부터 공급하고, 이로부터 감압 하 휘발성분을 제거하며, 제 2 공급포트로부터 성분 C를 공급하고, 수지조성물이 제 2 공급 포트이후 통과하는 지점에 배열된 휘발성분 제거용 시스템에서 감압 하 휘발성분을 제거하는 것을 포함하며, 제 1 공급포트로부터 공급되는 성분 A 에 대한 성분 B 의 양의 비[(B)/(A)] 가 0.05 내지 1 이고, 성분 B 에 대한 제 2 공급 포트로부터 공급되는 성분 C 의 양의 비 [(C)/(B)] 가 0.5 내지 5 인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 공급 포트와 제 2 공급포트사이의 배럴 온도가 320 내지 360℃ 의 범위에서 설정되고 제 2 공급 포트와 배출구사이의 배럴 온도는 240 내지 320℃ 의 범위에서 설정되는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 수지 조성물이 제 2 공급 포트이후 통과하는 지점에 배열된 감압 하의 휘발성분 제거용 시스템을 통과한 후, 휘발성 난연제를 공급하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 감압 하의 휘발성분 제거용 시스템이 구(opening)를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 감압이 약 250 토르 이하인 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지가 폴리(2,6-디메틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2-메틸-6-에틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2,6-디에틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2-에틸-6-n-프로필-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2,6-디-n-프로필-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2-메틸-6-n-부틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2-에틸-6-이소프로필-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2-메틸-6-히드록시에틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2-메틸-6-클로로에틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 2,6-디메틸페놀과 2,3,6-트리메틸페놀의 공중합체, 2,6-디메틸페놀과 o-크레졸의 공중합체, 및 2,6-디메틸페놀, 2,3,6-트리메틸페놀과 o-크레졸의 공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 조성물이 추가로 규조토, 탄소, 활석, 운모, 유리구, 유리박편, 유리섬유, 탄소섬유, 케플러 섬유, 스테인레스 스틸섬유, 및 구리섬유로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 충전제를 함유하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 조성물이 추가로 폴리부타디엔, 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체, 폴리이소프렌, 부타디엔-이소프렌 공중합체, 천연고무, 및 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 엘라스토머를 함유하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 조성물이 추가로 트리페닐 포스페이트 및 크레실 디페닐 포스페이트에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 휘발성 난연제를 함유하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 조성물이 추가로 2,2-비스-{4-(비스(메틸페녹시)포스포닐옥시)-페닐}프로판, 2,2-비스-{4-(비스(페녹시)-포스포닐옥시)페닐}프로판, 및 레소르시놀 비스(디페닐포스페이트)로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 비휘발성 난연제를 함유하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, 난연제는 수지 성분에 첨가되기 전에 용융되는 것인 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 휘발성분이 에틸벤젠, 크실렌, 톨루엔, 스티렌 및 C1-C10알코올로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
