Claims (8)
- 세라믹여과재(12a)(12b)의 후방에 전기히터(11a)(11b)가 내설되어 엔진측에 연결설치된 두 개의 1차 여과재생부(10a)(10b)와, 상기 1차 여과재생부(10a)(10b)중 하나만이 엔진측에 연통되도록 배출가스 유입로(21a)(21b)를 개폐하는 밸브(20)와, 상기 세라믹여과재(12a)(12b)의 전후방에 각각 설치되어 배출가스의 유입압력과 유출압력을 감지하는 압력센서(P)와, 상기 압력센서(P)에 의해 감지되는 압력차가 설정치 이상이 되면 상기밸브(20)를 작동시키는 동시에 엔진측과 차단된 1차여과재생부(10a)(10b)의 전기히터(11a)(11b)에 전원을 인가하는 콘트롤부(30)와, 금속산화물이 피복된 허니콤(41)이 내설되어 상기 1차여과재생부(10a)(10b)와 연결된 2차 산화환원처리부(40)로 구성된 디젤엔진 배출가스 정화장치에 있어서,상기 2차촉매 산화·환원처리부(40)에 내설된 허니콤(41)에 도포되는 금속산화물 피복에 사용되는 활성성분으로는 미세하게 분할된 크롬산화물이 사용하며, 여기에 부착된 백금그룹 금속중 백금과 조촉매로 Ni를 사용하며 Sn, Fe, Mn, Cu, V, Zn, Ba, Ag, Au 중 선택된 원소를 하나 이상 함유하는 촉매 조성물을 허니콤(40)에 도포하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진 배출가스 정화장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 밸브(20)가 압력센서(P)의 압력차이가 350밀리바(mm bar)근처에서 작동하도록 하고, 전기히터(11a)(11b)에 전원이 인가되는 시간은 약 20분간으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진 배출가스 정화장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 백금과 Ni 금속과의 비율은 Ni/(Ni+백금) = 0.02∼0.2 으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진 배출가스 정화장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 백금과 Ni 금속산화물이 크롬산화물에 담지되는 비율은 0.05∼5중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진 배출가스 정화장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 내화성 무기산화물로는 크롬산화물(Cr2O3)만이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진 배출가스 정화장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 산화·환원 활성을 증가시키는 금속으로 Sn, Fe, Mn, Cu, V, Zn, Ba, Ag, Au 중에서 선택된 원소를 하나 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진 배출가스 정화장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 금속들은 금속담지 크롬산화물에 대하여 0.1∼20중량%로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진 배출가스 정화장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 활성유지물은 10∼350g/dm3(촉매용적) 농도로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진 배출가스 정화장치.
