Claims (14)
- 분배출구(3)를 형성하는 하우징(2), 상기 분배출구에 노출된 전방면(8) 및 후방면(9)을 지니는 천공막(6), 상기 하우징에 연결된 진동수단(10) 및 상기 천공막을 진동시켜 상기 천공막을 통하여 액체의 액적을 출구에서의 분무된 스프레이로서 분배하도록 상기 진동수단을 작동시키기 위한 수단, 상기 하우징에 연결된 액체 공급수단을 포함하여 구성되는 분배장치(1)에 있어서, 각각의 계량된 량의 엑체(19)를 상기 액체 공급수단으로부터 천공막의 후방면에 접하게 전달시키도록 연속 작동가능한 전달수단(14) 및 천공막을 통하여 분배될 계량된 양에 대하여 필요한 분배주기보다 더 큰 작동 주기로 진동수단을 작동시킴으로써, 사용시 전달수단의 후속하는 연속 작동 전에 분배된 모든 액체가 소모되도록하는 수단이 제공되며, 상기 액체는 전달수단의 연속작동간에 주위의 공기로부터 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액체 공급 수단은 액체를 포함하는 저장기(16)를 포함하며, 전달수단은 저장기에 연결된 계량펌프(14)를 포함하며, 상기 계량펌프는 챔버를 형성하는 실린더(42) 및 각각의 작동 행정시 챔버로부터 계량된 체적의 액체를 이동시키도록 실린더에 왕복동가능하게 장착된 피스톤(43)을 포함하는 분배장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액체 공급 수단은 공급액체가 압력하에 유지되는 가압된 분배 용기(61)를 포함하며 전달수단은 액체 분리수단으로 구성되며 계량된 량의 약체를 용기로 부터 배출시키도록 작동가능한 계량밸브(62)를 포함하는 분배장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하우징은 진동 수단의 주변에 연결되며 상기 천공막으로 덮여진 중앙구경(5)을 형성하는 환상부재(4)를 포함하는 분배장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 환상부재는 분배장치가 사용시 적합한 작동방향으로 유지될때 방사내향으로 하방으로 경사지도록 오목형으로 되는 상부표면을 포함하는 분배장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 환상부재의 상부표면은 액체 추진재로 형성되는 분배장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 환상부재는 사용시 계량된 량의 분배될 액체로 구성되는 액체의 액적(19)을 수용하기위한 웰(12; well)을 형성하도록 상기 천공막과 상호작용하며 구경을 형성하는 최내측의 반경방향 표면부(13)를 포함하는 분배장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하우징은 공기입구(33)와 출구 포트(34) 사이를 연통시키는 덕트(32)를 형성하며, 분배 출구는 상기 천공막의 전방면이 덕트내의 공기에 노출되도록 공기 입구와 출구 포트의 중간의 덕트내에 배치되는 분배장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 공기 임펠러(83)는 덕트를 통해 공기입구로부터 출구 포트까지 공기의 유동을 발생시키도록 작동될수 있도록 하우징에 연결되는 분배장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 하우징은 덕트와 연통하는 세안용컵(82)을 형성하는 분배장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 출구포트는 구강 또는 비강 사용을 위한 흡입포트(34)를 포함하는 분배장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 진동수단을 작동시키기위한 수단은 진동수단에 연결되어 진동수단이 작동되는 동안 작동 주기를 결정하도록 작동가능한 타이머를 포함하며, 작동주기는 계량된 분배될 액체를 상기 천공막을 통해 분배시키는데 필요한 분배주기 보다 크게 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배장치.
- 계량된 량의 액체를 액체 공급수단(16)으로 부터 천공막(6)의 후방면(9)에 접하게 전달되는 단계, 액체가 상기 천공막(6)을 통하여 분무된 스프레이로서 분배되도록 상기 천공막(6)을 진동시키는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 액체를 분무된 스프레이로서 분배하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 천공막(6)은 초기에 액체로부터 자유로우며, 상기 액체는 액체의 연속전달간에 주위의 공기로부터 분리되며, 상기 천공막(6)은 계량된 량이 완전히 분배되는데 필요한 분배주기보다 더 큰 작동주기로 진동되는 것을 특징으로하는 액체 분배방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체 공급수단은 계량된 체적의 액체를 각각 포함하는 다수의 셀(72)을 포함하고, 상기 전달수단은 각각의 작동시 각각의 셀의 내용물을 배출시키도록 작동가능한 분배 스테이션(73) 및 천공막을 통하여 분배될 계량된 양에 대하여 필요한 분배주기보다 더 큰 작동 주기로 진동수단을 작동시는 수단을 포함하여, 사용시 전달수단의 후속하는 연속 작동전에 분배된 액체가 모두 소모되도록 하며, 상기 액체는 전달수단의 연속작동간에 주위의 공기로부터 분리되는 분배장치.
