Claims (11)
- 면역 응답을 자극하기에 효과적인 양의 면역원과 백신 보강제로서 면역원에 대한 면역 응답을 증가시키기에 효과적인 양의 1H-이미다조[4,5,-c]퀴놀린-4-아민을 함유하는 면역원/백신 보강제 조성물.

- 제1항에 있어서, 1H-이미다조[4,5-c]퀴놀린-4-아민이 하기 일반식(VI)의 화합물인 조성물:상기 식중에서, Rt는 수소, C1내지 약 C4의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알콕시, 할로겐 및 C1내지 약 C4의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬로 구성된 군중에서 선택되고; Ru는 2-메틸프로필 또는 2-히드록시-2-메틸프로필이며; 그리고 Rv는 수소, C1내지 약 C6의 알킬 또는 알콕시알킬(이때, 알콕시부는 1 내지 약 4개의 탄소원자를 함유하고 알킬부도 1 내지 약 4개의 탄소 원자를 함유함)이다.
- 제3항에 있어서, Rt가 수소이고, Ru가 2-메틸프로필 또는 2-히드록시-2-메틸프로필이며, Rv가 수소, 메틸, 또는 에톡시메틸인 일반식(VI)의 화합물인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1H-이미다졸[4,5-c]퀴놀린-4-아민이 1-(2-메틸프로필)-1H-이미다조[4,5-c]퀴놀린-4-아민; 1-(2-히드록시-2-메틸프로필)-1H-이미다조[4,5-c]퀴놀린-4-아민; 1-(2-히드록시-2-메틸프로필)-2-메틸-1H-이미다조[4,5-c]퀴놀린-4-아민; 및 1-(2-히드록시-2-메틸프로필)-2-에톡시메틸-1H-이미다조[4,5-c]퀴놀린-4-아민으로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 면역원이 생비루스계 면역원, 생세균계 면역원, 불활성화된 비루스계 면역원, 불활성화된 종양 유래계 면역원, 불활성화된 원생생물계 면역원, 불활성화된 유기체 유래계 면역원, 불활성화된 진균계 면역원, 불활성화된 세균계 면역원, 유독소류, 독소류, 다당류, 단백질, 당단백질 및 펩티드로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 면역원이 통상적인 백신 제제인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 면역원이 재조합 서브유니트 백신인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 면역원이 T -의존적인 면역원인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 면역원이 단순 헤르페스 2 당단백질 서브유니트 제제인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약학적 허용성 담체중에 면역원과 1H-이미다졸[4,5-c]퀴놀린-4-아민의 혼합물을 함유하는 조성물.
