Claims (4)
- 빙핵 형성 활성을 갖는 미생물 배양액을 농축하고, 농축 배양액을 동결시키고, 상기 동결물을 초기 건조 온도 25∼35℃에서 건조하고, 품온이 -3℃이상이 되면 건조 온도를 10∼18℃로 유지하여 동결건조하는 것으로 이루어지는, 발효 배지로부터 빙핵 형성 활성 미생물을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 잔토모나스 속 미생물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배양액의 농축이 상기 미생물의 배양 온도 이하의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 농측 배양액을 동결이 이당류 1∼5%(w/v), MSG 1∼5%(w/v) 및 당알콜 1∼5%(w/v)로 이루어지는 안정제 존재하에서 수행되는 방법.
