Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- a) 발효배지의 온도를 약 15℃ 이하가 되도록 하는 단계 ; b) 약 15℃ 이하의 온도를 유지하면서 빙핵 형성 활성을 갖는 미생물의 농축물을 얻는 단계 ; c) 가는 스트립(stream) 형태로 상기 농축물을 저온 액체에 흘러 들어가게 하여 상기 농축물의 동결된 펠릿(pellets)을 얻는 단계 ; d) 25℃ 이하의 온도에서 상기 펠릿을 동결건조시키는 단계로 구성되는 빙핵형성 활성을 갖는 미생물을 발효 배지로부터 회수하는 방법.
