Claims (3)
- 2개쇄 RNA를 특이적으로 분해하는 효소활성을 갖는 단백질을 코드하는 DNA배열을 단독으로 또는 프로모터 및 터미네이터를 연결시킨 상태로 형질 전환법에 의하여 식물세포의 염색체 중에 짜 넣은 후 세포를 배양하고 이 세포로부터 식물체를 재생시켜서 상기 DNA 배열을 식물체에서 발현시킴으로써, RNA 비루스에 대하여 저항을 갖는 식물 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2개쇄 RNA를 특이적으로 분해하는 효소활성을 갖는 단백질이 실질적으로 대장균 유래의 리보누크레아제 Ⅲ 또는 효모유래의 pac 1 유전자에 코드된 RNA 분해효소인 RNA비루스에 대하여 저항성을 갖는 식물 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2개쇄 RNA를 특이적으로 분해하는 효소활성을 갖는 단백질이 실질적으로 리보누크레아제 Ⅲ 또는 pac 1 유전자에 코드된 RNA 분해효소인 RNA 비루스에 대하여 저항성을 갖는 식물 제조 방법.
