Description
Claims (14)
- a) 분자당 평균 3 내지 8개 히드록시기를 갖고 또 히드록시기당 평균 분자량이 150인 폴리올; b) 분자당 평균 2 내지 3개 히드록시기를 갖고 또 히드록시기당 평균 분자량이 150 내지 500인 폴리에테르-폴리올; 및 c) 분자당 2 내지 4개 아미노기를 갖고 또 평균 전체 분자량이 1000 내지 3000인 폴리(옥시알킬렌)폴리아민을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 b)로서 폴리테트라히드로푸란을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 b)로서 폴리프로필린 글리콜을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 b)로서 폴리에틸렌 글리콜을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가의 성분 d)로서 분자당 2 내지 4개 히드록시를 갖고 또 히드록시기당 평균 분자량이 500 이상인 폴리에테르-폴리올을 성분 c) 및 d) 전체량을 기준하여 80중량% 이하의 양으로 포함하는 조성물.
- 디페닐메탄 계열의 폴리이소시아네이트 및 제1항에 따른 조성물인 한개 이상의 경화제 성분을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 성형물품을 제조하기 위한 경화성 반응 혼합물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트기를 통하여 디이소시아나토디페닐메탄의 반응에 의해 수득할 수 있는 폴리이소시아네이트 5 내지 20중량%, 일반식 OCN-[C6H4]4-CH2-[[-[C6H3(NCO)]-CH2-]]n-[C6H4]-NCO (n은 〉1)의 디이소시아나토디페닐메탄 중합체 유형 2 내지 10중량% 및 단량체 디이소시아나토디페닐메탄 이성질체의 혼합물(45 내지 90중량%의 4, 4'-디이소시아나토디페닐메탄 및 10 내지 55중량%의 2, 4'-및 2, 2'-디이소시아나토디페닐메탄을 포함함) 70 내지 93중량%를 포함하는 폴리이소시아나토 성분을 포함하는 반응 혼합물.
- 제6항에 있어서, n-메틸디에탄올아민을 촉매로 포함하는 반응 혼합물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 동일 이소시아네이트 수를 갖는 혼합물에 폴리이소시아네이트와 함께 사용되면, 상이한 최대 가공시간을 허용하고, 개별 경화제 성분을 사용하여 달성할 수 있는 가공시간 범위의 가공시간을 갖고 또 가공하는 동안 추가로 가열하지 않고 부서지기 쉬운 상도 형성하지 않으며 실온에서 충분히 경화될 수 있는 반응 혼합물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상이한 경화제 성분이 상이하게 착색된 반응 혼합물.
- 디페닐메틴 계열의 폴리이소시아네이트를 기본한 성분을, 미리 저장한 제1항에 따른 한개 이상의 조성물 및 경우에 따라 폴리우레탄 기술에서 통상적인 다른 첨가제와 함께 혼합하여 제6항에 따른 경화성 반응 혼합물을 수득하고 또 이 혼합물을 성형시키고 또 충분히 경화시켜 성형물품을 수득하는 것을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 성형물품의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 금형을 추가로 가열함 없이 실온에서 경화시키는 방법.
- 제6항에 따른 반응 혼합물로부터 수득할 수 있는 폴리우레탄 성형물품.
- 제13항에 있어서, 유리 가소제를 전혀 포함하지 않는 폴리우레탄 성형물품.
