Claims (17)
- 두께를 통해 전자기 방사가 투과되는 스트립 또는 시트 형태의 다공성 액체 투과성 캐리어를 포함하고 상기 캐리어는 분석 결과가 검출 구역 내에 부동화된 결합제에 대한 검출 가능 물질의 직접 또는 간접적인 특정 결합에 의해 나타나는 검출 구역을 포함하며 상기 검출 가능 물질의 검출은 캐리어의 두께를 통과하는 전자기 방사가 상기 검출 구역 내에 결합된 검출 가능 물질의 존재에 의해 감쇠되는 정도를 측정함으로써 수행되는 분석 장치와 관련하여 사용되는 분석 결과 판독기에 있어서, (가) 분석 장치의 적어도 일부분을 수용하는 수용 수단과, (나) 수용 수단과 관련한 판독 수단을 포함하며, 상기 일부분은 상기 검출 구역을 포함하고, 상기 판독 수단은, (i) 적어도 하나의 확산 전자기 방사원과, (ii) 상기 전자기 방사의 세기를 검출할 수 있는 하나 이상의 센서와, (iii) 확산 방사원으로부터의 전자기 방사가 하나 이상의 센서에 도달하기 전에 확산체를 통과하도록 하나 이상의 센서의 전방에 위치되는 확산체를 포함하고, 분석 장치의 검출 구역은 상기 분석 장치가 수용 수단 내에 수납된 때 분석 장치의 검출 구역이 확산 방사원과 확산체 사이의 전자기 방사 경로 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분석 결과 판독기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자기 방사는 광선인 것을 특징으로 하는 분석 결과 판독기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광선은 펄스 형태로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 분석 결과 판독기.
- 두께를 통해 전자기 방사가 확산 투과되는 다공성 액체 투과성 캐리어 스트립 또는 시트를 구비하는 적어도 하나의 분석 장치와, 제1항에 따른 분석 결과 판독기를 포함하며, 상기 캐리어는 분석 결과가 검출 구역 내에서 부동화된 결합제에 대한 검출 가능 물질의 직접 또는 간접적인 특정 결합에 의해 나타나는 적어도 하나의 검출 구역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시험 키트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 분석 장치의 상기 캐리어는 분석 장치의 일부를 형성하는 케이싱 또는 덮개 내에 있고, 상기 케이싱 또는 덮개는 외부 방사원으로부터의 전자기 방사가 분석 장치를 통과할 수 있게 하는 전자기 방사 투과 영역을 구비하며, 상기 검출 구역은 상기 전자기 방사 투과 영역들 사이의 전자기 방사 경로 내에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시험 키트.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수용 수단은 분석 장치가 판독기에 의해 수용된 때 상기 적어도 하나의 검출 구역이 판독 수단에 대해 소정 간격으로 이격된 관계로 위치되어 유지되도록 분석 장치의 대응하는 상호 결합 수단과 맞물릴 수 있는 상호 결합 수단을 합체하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시험 키트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 수용 수단은 분석 장치의 수용에 의해 트리거되는 작동 수단을 포함하고, 상기 작동 수단은 상기 적어도 하나의 검출 구역의 판독이 개시되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시험 키트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 분석 장치 케이싱 또는 덮개는 분석 장치의 케이싱 또는 덮개 내의 검출 구역이 분석 장치 케이싱 또는 덮개 상의 상호 결합 수단에 대하여 소정 간격으로 이격된 관계로 위치되도록 캐리어와 관련된 대응 레지스트레이션 수단과 결합하는 내부 레지스트레이션 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시험 키트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 내부 레지스트레이션 수단은 캐리어 내의 구멍 또는 만입부와 결합할 수 있는 핀 등을 포함하고, 상기 검출 구역은 상기 구멍 또는 만입부에 대하여 캐리어 상의 소정의 위치에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시험 키트.
