Claims (13)
- (1) (a) 폴리에테르 폴리올, 폴리에테르 폴리올과 폴리머 폴리올의 혼합물에서 선택된 폴리올, (b) 폴리올 100중량당 40 내지 70중량부의 폴리이소시아네이트, (c) 발포제, (d) 폴리올 100중량당 0.5 내지 2.0중량부의 부틸 올레이트로 부터 발포물 형성 조성물을 제조하고;(2) 0.5 내지 0.9 바아로 유지된 조절된 압력 조건하에서 발포물 형성 조성물로 부터 폴리우레탄 발포물을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 통기성이며 신축적인 폴리우레탄 발포물 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 발포물 형성 조성물이 1.0 내지 1.5중량부의 부틸 올레이트를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제 10 항에 있어서, 부틸 올레이트가 1.0 내지 1.5 중량부의 양으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 지수가 100 내지 120임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 방염제, 멜라민, 표면활성제, 촉매, 착색제, 안료, 증량제, 안정제, 탈취제 또는 미생물 방지 화합물에서 선택된 하나이상의 첨가제를 더욱 포함하는 조성물.
