Claims (17)
- a) 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트를b) b1) 약 2 내지 약 6의 공칭 관능가, 약 60 중량% 초과의 1차 히드록실(OH)기의 옥시에틸렌 함량, 및 약 10 내지 약 112의 OH가(OHV)를 갖는, 약 60 내지 약 90 중량부의 1종 이상의 폴리에테르폴리올; 및b2) 약 2 내지 약 6의 공칭 관능가, 0 내지 약 30 중량%의 2차 OH기의 옥시에틸렌 함량, 및 약 8 내지 약 112의 OHV를 갖는, 약 10 내지 약 40 중량부의 1종 이상의 폴리에테르폴리올을 포함하는 폴리올 혼합물;c) 물; 및d) b) 100 중량부 당, 약 6 중량부 이상의 양의 가압 하에 용해된 이산화탄소;e) 임의로 가교제; 및f) 임의로, 실리콘, 활성화제, 금속 촉매 및 기타 보조제를 기재로 한 1종 이상의 발포체 안정화제와 NCO 지수 약 80 내지 약 100에서 반응시켜 수득된 반응 생성물을 포함하는, 약 15 kg/m3 미만의 벌크 밀도 및 약 1.5 kPa 미만의 압축 강도를 갖는 가요성 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트가 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트, 중합체성 MDI 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 가요성 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 b2)가 중합체 폴리올을 함유하는 가요성 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 b2)가 PHD 폴리올을 함유하는 가요성 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 b2)가 PIPA 폴리올을 함유하는 가요성 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가교제 e)가 소르비톨인 가요성 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포체가 약 13 kg/m3 미만의 벌크 밀도를 가지는 가요성 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포체가 약 1.0 kPa 미만의 압축 강도를 가지는 가요성 발포체.
- a) 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트를b) b1) 약 2 내지 약 6의 공칭 관능가, 약 60 중량% 초과의 1차 히드록실 (OH)기의 옥시에틸렌 함량, 및 약 10 내지 약 112의 OH가(OHV)를 갖는, 약 60 내지 약 90 중량부의 1종 이상의 폴리에테르폴리올; 및b2) 약 2 내지 약 6의 공칭 관능가, 0 내지 약 30 중량%의 2차 OH기의 옥시에틸렌 함량, 및 약 8 내지 약 112의 OHV를 갖는, 약 10 내지 약 40 중량부의 1종 이상의 폴리에테르폴리올을 포함하는 폴리올 혼합물;c) b) 100 중량부 당, 약 6 중량부 이상의 양의 물; 및d) b) 100 중량부 당, 약 6 중량부 이상의 양의 가압 하에 용해된 이산화탄소;e) 임의로 가교제; 및f) 임의로, 실리콘, 활성화제, 금속 촉매 및 기타 보조제를 기재로 한 발포체 안정화제와 NCO 지수 약 80 내지 약 100에서 반응시키는 것을 포함하는, 약 15 kg/m3 미만의 벌크 밀도 및 약 1.5 kPa 미만의 압축 강도를 갖는 가요성 발포체의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트가 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트, 중합체성 MDI 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 성분 b2)가 중합체 폴리올을 함유하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 성분 b2)가 PHD 폴리올을 함유하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 성분 b2)가 PIPA 폴리올을 함유하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 가교제 e)가 소르비톨인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 가요성 발포체가 약 13 kg/m3 미만의 벌크 밀도를 가지는 방법.
