Claims (2)
- 디스크 형상의 기록 매체(2)상에 시간 압축된 디지탈 데이타를 기록하는 디스크 기록 장치에 있어서, 순차적으로 기입되는 연속적 신호들로부터의 디지탈화된 입력 데이타를 일시적으로 기억하는 기억 수단(14)으로서, 상기 기억 수단으로부터 상기 기입된 입력 데이타는 상기 입력 디지탈 데이타의 전송 레이트 보다 높은 전송 레이트를 갖는 기록 데이타로서 판독되는, 상기 기억 수단(14) 및, 상기 기억 수단(14)으로부터 판독된 상기 디지탈 데이타를 소정 수의 섹터들의 간격으로 다수의 클러스터들(C)로 배치하는데, 각 클러스터는 다수의 디지탈 데이타 섹터들을 포함하며, 상기 클러스터들(C) 각각의 접속 부분들에 더미 데이타 클러스터 접속용 섹터들을 부가하는데, 상기 클러스터 접속용 섹터들 각각은 상기 디지탈 데이타에 대한 인터리빙 길이 보다 길며, 이후에 인터리빙에 의해 상기 클러스터들(C) 각각 내의 데이타를 처리하고, 상기 매체(2)상에 인터리브된 데이타를 기록하는 수단(15)을 포함하는 디스크 기록 장치.
- 디스크 형상의 기록 매체(2)상에 연속적으로 기록된 기록 데이타를 재생하는 디스크 재생 장치에 있어서, 상기 기록 데이타를 재생하는 재생 수단(3)으로서, 상기 기록 데이터는, 다수의 클러스터들(C)에 소정 수의 섹터들의 간격으로 미리 배치되는데, 각 클러스터는 다수의 데이타 섹터들을 포함하며, 상기 각 클러스터에 더미 데이타 클러스터 접속용 섹터들이 부가되어 상기 디지탈 데이타에 대한 인터리빙 길이 보다 긴 길이의 클러스터 접속용 부분을 제공하고, 상기 클러스터(C) 내의 데이타를 인터리빙한 후에 상기 매체(2)상에 기록되는 시간 압축된 디지탈 데이타인, 상기 재생 수단(3)과, 상기 인터리브된 디지탈 데이타 섹터들 및 더미 데이타 클러스터 접속용 섹터들을 포함한 상기 재생된 기록 데이타를 디인터리빙하고, 상기 클러스터 접속용 섹터들이 제거된 상기 클러스터들에 대한 디지탈 데이타 섹터 데이타를 기억 하는 수단(22)과, 상기 기억 수단(22)으로부터 간헐적으로 판독되는 상기 디지탈 데이타가 공급되며 상기 디지탈 데이타를 시간 확장된 출력 신호들로서 출력하는 시간 확장 수단(23) 및, 상기 기억 수단(22)의 기입 제어를 실행하여, 상기 기억 수단(22)에 기억된 상기 디지탈 데이타량이 소정의 데이타량 보다 낮을 때, 상기 기록 데이타가 상기 기억 수단(22) 내에 재생된 데이타를 기입하도록 재생을 개시하며, 상기 소정의 디지탈 데이타량이 상기 기억 수단(22)에 연속적으로 기억되도록 하는 제어 수단(7)으로서, 상기 제어 수단(7)은 또한 상기 매체(2)상의 재생 위치를 제어하여 상기 기억 수단(22) 내에 간헐적으로 기입된 재생 데이타가 상기 매체(2)상의 기록 트랙으로부터 연속적으로 재생되도록 하는, 상기 제어 수단을 포함하는 디스크 재생 장치.
