Description
Claims (13)
- 기록된 데이타가 각각 다수의 비트들을 포함하는 섹터들로 분할되는 형태의 디스크형 기록 매체에 있어서, 기록된 데이타는 인접하는 클러스터들의 접속 부분들에서 클러스터 접속용 섹터들을 갖는 소정수의 섹터들의 클러스터들로서 구성되며, 클러스터들을 식별하는 클러스터 어드레스들 및 클러스터내의 섹터들을 식별하는 섹터 어드레스들이 기록 매체상에 미리 기록되는, 디스크형 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 클러스터 어드레스들 및 섹터 어드레스들은 기록 매체상의 기록 트랙을 반지름 방향으로 변위시킴으로써 미리 기록되는, 디스크형 기록 매체.
- 클러스터 어드레스들 및 클러스터 내의 섹터들을 식별하는 섹터 어드레스들이 광 디스크 상에 미리 기록되는 광 디스크용 광 디스크 기록 장치에 있어서; 압축된 연속적인 신호들의 입력 디지탈 데이타를 일시적으로 기억하는 메모리 수단; 메모리 수단으로부터 입력 디지탈 데이타를 판독하여 각각 다수의 비트들을 포함하는 소정수의 섹터들의 클러스터들에 배열하고, 입력 디지탈 데이타에 대한 인터리브 길이 보다 긴 클러스터 접속용 섹터들을 클러스터들의 접속 부분들에 부가하고, 이후 클러스터들의 입력 디지탈 데이타를 인터리브하는 신호 처리 수단; 상기 디스크로부터 클러스터 어드레스들 및 섹터 어드레스들을 재생하는 어드레스 재생 수단; 상기 어드레스 재생 수단으로부터 재생된 클러스터 어드레스들 및 섹터 어드레스들에 기초하여 디스크상의 기록 위치를 제어하는 제어 수단; 및 제어 수단에 의해 지정된 디스크상의 어드레스 위치들에 신호 처리 수단으로 부터의 디지탈 데이타를 기록하는 기록 수단을 구비하는 광 디스크 기록장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 기록 동작시 비정상 상태를 판정하기 위해 트랙 어긋남(detracking) 및/또는 포커스 어긋남(defocusing)을 검출하는 비정상 상태 검출 수단; 비정상 상태 검출 수단에 의한 비정상 상태의 검출시 기록 동작을 금지하며, 메모리 수단을 비정상 상태로부터 정상 상태로 재설정하는 재설정 제어 수단; 및 메모리 수단에 제 2 의 사전 설정된 량 보다 많은 기록 공간을 지속적으로 유지하기 위해, 메모리 수단에 기억된 입력 디지탈 데이타 량이 제 1 의 사전 설정된 량을 초과할 때 메모리 수단으로부터 클러스터 단위로 소정량의 데이타를 판독함으로써 메모리 수단의 판독 제어를 실행하는 메모리 제어 수단을 구비하며; 메모리 제어 수단의 제어 하에서 메모리 수단으로부터 클러스터 단위로 단속적으로 판독된 데이타가 클러스터 어드레스들 및 섹터 어드레스들에 기초하여 디스크의 기록 트랙상에 연속적으로 기록되는 방식으로 기록 위치 제어가 실행되는, 광디스크 기록장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제 2 의 사전 설정된 량은 기록할 수 없는 상태로부터 기록할 수 있는 상태로의 복원 시간 동안 메모리 수단에 입력된 데이타 량을 초과하는, 광 디스크 기록장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제 1 의 사전 설정된 량은 클러스터의 데이타 량에 상당하는, 광 디스크 기록장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 클러스터 접속용 섹터는 클러스터내의 디지탈 데이타에 영향을 미치지 않는 더미 데이타로 형성되는, 광 디스크 기록장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 섹터는 컴팩트 디스크의 98 EFM 프레임들의 블록에 상당하는, 광 디스크 기록장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 디스크상에 기록된 클러스터 어드레스들을 기초하여 절대 시간을 연산하는 처리 수단을 더 구비하는, 광 디스크 기록장치.
- 광 디스크상에 기록된 압축 디지탈 데이타를 재생하는 디스크 재생 장치로서, 기록된 디지탈 데이타는 각각 다수의 비트들을 포함하는 섹터들로 분할되고, 섹터들은 소정수의 섹터들의 클러스터들로 배열되며, 각각 인터리브 길이보다 긴 클러스터 접속용 섹터들은 인접하는 클러스터들의 접속 부분들에 부가되고, 클러스터들을 식별하는 클러스터 어드레스들 및 섹터들을 식별하는 섹터 어드레스들이 디스크상에 미리 기록되는, 상기 디스크 재생 장치에 있어서: 디스크로부터 기록된 압축 디지탈 데이타, 클러스터 어드레스들 및 섹터 어드레스들을 재생하는 재생 수단; 재생 수단에 접속되어, 디스크로부터 재생된 압축 디지탈 데이타를 순차적으로 기억하는 메모리 수단; 메모리 수단으로부터의 압축 디지탈 데이타를 판독 및 신장하여, 신장된 데이타를 출력하는 신장 수단; 메모리 수단의 오버플로(overflow) 전에 메모리 수단의 데이타 기록이 종료되고, 메모리 수단에 기억된 데이타 량이 소정의 량 보다 작을 때 데이타 기록이 재개되도록, 메모리 수단의 기록 및 판독을 제어하기 위해 메모리 수단에 기억된 데이타 량을 감시하는 메모리 제어 수단; 및 기억 수단에 기억된 데이타에 연속하는 데이타가 재생되도록, 재생 수단에 의해 재생된 클러스터 어드레스들 및 섹터 어드레스들에 기초하여 메모리 수단의 데이타 기록 재개시 디스크상의 재생 위치를 제어하는 제어 수단을 구비하는 디스크 재생 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 섹터는 컴팩트 디스크의 98 EFM 프레임들의 블록에 상당하는, 디스크 재생 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 디스크상에 기록된 클러스터 어드레스들을 기초하여 절대 시간을 연산하는 처리 수단을 더 구비하는, 디스크 재생 장치.
- 기록된 데이타가 각각 다수의 비트들을 포함하는 섹터들로 분할되고, 섹터들 내의 데이타는 인터리브되어지는 형태의 디스크형 기록 매체에 있어서, 기록된 데이타는 인접하는 클러스터들의 접속 부분들에서 데이타의 인터리브 길이 보다 큰 길이를 갖는 각각의 클러스터 접속용 섹터을 갖는 소정수의 섹터들의 클러스터들로서 구성되며, 클러스터들을 식별하는 클러스터 어드레스들 및 클러스터내의 섹터들을 식별하는 섹터 어드레스들이 기록 매체상에 미리 기록되는, 디스크형 기록 매체.
