Claims (5)
- 연소실내에 직접 연료를 분사하는 연료 분사 밸브를 구비하며, 적어도 압축행정시에 상기 연료 분사 밸브로부터 연료분사하여 불꽃점화해서 층상연소를 행하게 하는 통내분사형 내연 엔진의 배기 승온장치에 있어서,배기승온이 요구되는 엔진 운전시에, 상기 압축 행정시의 연료분사를 행함과 동시에 점화플러그 주위의 국소적인 공연비를 농후로 하게 상기 연료 분사밸브의 분사량을 제어하는 연료 제어수단과,상기 연료 제어수단의 작동시에 상기 압축 행정시의 연료분사시기를 지연시키며, 상기 분사된 연료가 상기 점화 플러그 주위에서 과농후 상태의 불완전 연소를 일으켜 그후 통내 유동에 따라 잉여산소와 혼합해서 산화되는 엔진제어 파라미터를 제어하는 엔진 제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 승온장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 엔진 제어수단은, 상기 연료 제어수단의 작동시에 점화시기를 배기승온이 요구되지 않는 엔진 운전시의 점화시기 보다도 지연시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 승온장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 연료 제어수단은 상기 압축 행정에서의 연료 분사전의 흡기 행정초기로부터 압축행정 초기까지의 사이에 일부의 연료를 선행분사하도록 상기 연료 분사밸브를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 승온장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 선행분사의 연료량은, 동일 기통에서 1 사이클 중에 분사되는 연료량의 10% ∼ 40%로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 승온장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 연소실내로 도입되는 공기량을 조절하는 공기량 조절수단을 구비하며,상기 공기량 조절수단은 적어도 배기승온이 요구되는 엔진 운전시에 공기량을 증량하는 것이며,상기 연료제어수단은 상기 공기량의 증량에 따라서 연료량을 증량하여 제어를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 승온장치.
