Claims (7)
- 아크릴로니트릴 80 내지 98몰% 및 알킬메타크릴레이트 2 내지 20몰%로 구성된 아크릴로니트릴 및 알킬메타크릴레이트의 공중합체 15 내지 25중량%; 에틸렌카보네이트 30 내지 95중량% 및 프로필렌 카보네이트 5 내지 70중량%가 혼합된 가소제 65 내지 80중량%; 및, 리튬염 3 내지 10중량%를 포함하는 아크릴로니트릴 및 알킬메타크릴레이트의 공중합체를 포함하는 고분자 전해질 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알킬메타크릴레이트의 알킬은 탄소수 1 내지 10의 직쇄상 또는 분지상 알킬기인 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴로니트릴 및 알킬메타크릴레이트의 공중합체를 포함하는 고분자 전해질 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알킬메타크릴레이트의 알킬은 메틸 또는 에틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴로니트릴 및 알킬메타크릴레이트의 공중합체를 포함하는 고분자 전해질 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 리튬염은 LiCF3SO3, LiCIO4또는 LiBF4인 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴로니트릴 및 알킬메타크릴레이트의 공중합체를 포함하는 고분자 전해질 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제습성이 있는 무기물 첨가제 1 내지 10중량%를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴로니트릴 및 알킬메타크릴레이트의 공중합체를 포함하는 고분자 전해질 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 제습성이 있는 무기물 첨가제는 실리카, 제올라이트, Al2O3또는 γ-LiAlO2인 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴로니트릴 및 알킬메타크릴레이트의 공중합체를 포함하는 고분자 전해질 조성물.
- (i) 아크릴로니트릴 80 내지 98몰% 및 알킬메타크릴레이트 2 내지 20몰%로 구성된 아크릴로니트릴 및 알킬메타크릴레이트의 공중합체 15 내지 25중량%; 에틸렌카보네이트 30 내지 95중량% 및 프로필렌카보네이트 5 내지 70중량%가 혼합된 가소제 65 내지 80중량%; 및, 리튬염 3 내지 10중량%를 혼합하고, 혼합물을 밀봉상태로 80 내지 150℃에서 20 내지 30시간동안 방치하여 고점도의 균일한 용액을 수득하는 공정; 및,(ii) 수득한 용액을 주형기에 주입하고, 40 내지 80℃의 오분에서 45 내지 55시간동안 건조시키는 공정을 포함하는 아크릴로니트릴 및 알킬메타크릴레이트의 공중합체를 포함하는 고분자 전해질 조성물의 제조방법.
