Claims (10)
- 아크릴로니트릴과 이타콘산 또는 말레인산 단량체를 물을 용매로 개시제와 함께 반응시켜, 하기 일반식(I)로 나타내는 아크릴로니트릴과 이타콘산 또는 말레인산 공중합체를 수득하고, 이를 알칼리메탈하이드록사이드 수용액을 이용하여 중화하여 아크릴로니트릴과 이타콘산 또는 말레인산 알칼리염 공중합체인 하기 일반식(II)로 나타내는 폴리아크릴로니트릴 이오노머를 수득하는 공정; 및,전기에서 수득한 폴리아크릴로니트릴 이오노머, 가소제 및 리튬염을 1:1:0.1 내지 1:9:2의 비율(중량비)로 공용매인 디메틸포름아마이드에 용해시켜 균일한 용액을 만든 다음, 테플론 용기에 캐스팅하고 공용매를 증발시켜 필름형태의 고분자 전해질을 제조하는 공정을 포함하는, 폴리아크릴로니트릴 이오노머 고분자 전해질의 제조방법:(I) (II)상기 식에서,M은 리튬(Li), 나트륨(Na) 또는 칼륨(K)을 나타내고; 및,x는 이타콘산의 몰%를 나타낸다.
- 제 1항에 있어서,개시제는 포타슘퍼설페이트 및 소듐바이설파이드를 각각 단량체에 대해 0.3 내지 0.7몰% 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는폴리아크릴로니트릴 이오노머 고분자 전해질의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,반응은 4시간 내지 8시간 동안, 40 내지 60℃에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는폴리아크릴로니트릴 이오노머 고분자 전해질의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,알칼리메탈은 리튬, 나트륨 또는 칼륨인 것을 특징으로 하는폴리아크릴로니트릴 이오노머 고분자 전해질의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,가소제는 에틸렌카보이트, 프로필렌카보네이트, 디메틸카보네이트, 디에틸카보네이트, 메틸에틸카보네이트 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는폴리아크릴로니트릴 이오노머 고분자 전해질의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,리튬염은 리튬퍼클로레이트, 리튬트리플레이트, 리튬헥사플루오로포스페이트, 리튬테트라플루오로로보레이트 또는 리튬트리플루오로메탄설포닐이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는폴리아크릴로니트릴 이오노머 고분자 전해질의 제조방법.
- 아크릴로니트릴과 이타콘산 또는 말레인산 알칼리염 공중합체인 폴리아크릴로니트릴 이오노머, 가소제 및 리튬염을 1:1:0.1 내지 1:9:2의 비율(중량비)로 포함하는폴리아크릴로니트릴 이오노머 고분자 전해질 조성물.
- 제 7항에 있어서,아크릴로니트릴과 이타콘산 또는 말레인산 알칼리염 공중합체 내의 이타콘산 또는 말레인산 알칼리염 함량은 0 내지 30몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는폴리아크릴로니트릴 이오노머 고분자 전해질 조성물.
- 제 7항에 있어서,가소제는 에틸렌카보이트, 프로필렌카보네이트, 디메틸카보네이트, 디에틸카보네이트, 메틸에틸카보네이트 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는폴리아크릴로니트릴 이오노머 고분자 전해질 조성물.
- 제 7항에 있어서,리튬염은 리튬퍼클로레이트, 리튬트리플레이트, 리튬헥사플루오로포스페이트, 리튬테트라플루오로보레이트, 또는 리튬트리플루오로메탄설포닐이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는폴리아크릴로니트릴 이오노머 고분자 전해질 조성물.
