Claims (9)
- 연속주조기(continuous casting machine, 1)로 부터 직접 보내진 빌레트(billet)의 스케일 제거단계와; 이동식 플래시버트 용접기(travelling flash butt welder, 3)를 사용해서 연속적으로 빌레트를 용접하는 단계와; 이동식 연삭기(4)를 사용해서 빌레트의 용접부의 버(burr)를 연삭하는 단계와; 유도가열기(induction heater, 5)를 사용해서 고온까지 빌레트를 가열하는 단계와; 연속압연을 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 연속압연 방법에 있어서, 플래시버트 용접 동안, 분리되어 이동할 수 있는 상기 이동식 플래시버트 용접기(3)와 이동식 연삭기(4)를 함께 이동하는 단계와; 플래시버트 용접기(3)와 연삭기(4)가 용접을 위해 특정 스트로크(specified stroke)를 이동하는 동안 플래시버트 용접을 실행하는 단계와; 이동식 연삭기를 이동식 플래시버트 용접기(3)와 함께 후방으로 이동시켜 용접된 부분과 만나고, 용접이 끝난 후 대기 위치로 이동식 플래시버트 용접기(3)를 복귀시키는 단계와; 용접된 부위가 특정위치에 도달한 후에, 이동식 연삭기(4)가 별도로 이동 방향을 반대편으로 바꾸어, 특정 스트로크를 주행하며, 용접부상의 버를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연방법.
- 연속주조기(1)로부터 직접 보내진 빌레트의 스케일 제거단계와; 이동식 플래시버트 용접기(3)를 사용해서 빌레트를 연속적으로 용접하는 단계와; 이동식 연삭기(4)를 사용해서 빌레트 용접부의 제거해야 할 버를 연삭하는 단계와; 유도가열기(5)를 사용해서 빌레트를 목표 온도 범위까지 가열하는 단계와; 연속압연을 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 연속압연 방법에 있어서, 이동식 플래시버트 용접기(3)와 이동식 연삭기(4)가, 연속압연 설비의 압연능력(rolling capacity)과 빌레트무게로 정의되는 빌레트처리 싸이클시간(billet treatment cycle time)에 기초하여, 처리 싸이클시간이 표준 싸이클시간을 초과하지 않으면, 이동식 플래시버트 용접기(3)와 이동식 연삭기(4)를 서로 분리하도록 하고, 처리 싸이클시간이 표준 싸이클시간을 초과하면 이동식 플래시버트 용접기(3)와 이동식 연삭기(4)를 함께 통합하도록 하는 것을 결정하는 단계와; 각 빌레트의 플래시버트 용접 수행 단계와; 용접부에서 버를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연 방법.
- 연속압연 설비에 있어서, 연속주조기(1)로부터 직접 제공되는 빌레트를 연속적으로 연결하기 위한 연결라인(joining line, 12)을 직선 위치(linear position)로 상류(upstream)쪽의 압연라인(rolling line, 13)에 연결하고, 회전테이블(25)의 상류로부터 제공되는 빌레트(20)를 연결라인(12)으로 이송하는 회전테이블(25)과; 빌레트(20)로부터 스케일을 제거하기 위한 스케일 제거장치(descaling apparayus, 21)와; 플래시버트 용접에 의해 선행 빌레트(preceding billet, 20a)의 후단(rear end)과 후행 빌레트(succeeding billet, 20b)의 전단(front end)을 연속적으로 연결하는 이동식 플래시버트 용접기(3)와; 연삭기에 의해서 빌레트 용접부(15)의 버(burr, 15a)를 제거하는 이동식 버 제거장치(travelling burr-removal apparatus, 23)와; 연속적으로 연결된 빌레트를 가열하는 유도가열기(5)를 포함하는 연속압연설비.
- 제3항에 있어서, 회전테이블(25)의 수는 2개 이상이며, 이 복수개의 회전테이블(25)이 연결라인에 빌레트(20)를 이송시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연설비.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 스케일 제거장치(21)가 유압 스케일 제거장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연설비.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 스케일 제거장치(21)가 기계적인 스케일 제거장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연설비.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 이동식 버(burr) 제거장치(23)에서 연삭기의 수는 2개 이상이고, 이들 연삭기는, 경사각 및 빌레트의 중심축에 대한 경사가 같은 조건하에서, 빌레트(20)의 외주(outer periphery)를 따라 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연설비.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 연삭기의 수는 2개 이상이고, 이 연삭기들은 연속 빌레트(20)의 이동 방향을 따라 분리되어 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연설비.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기계적인 스케일 제거장치(21)는 브러시 형태의 스케일 제거 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연설비.
