Claims (7)
- 하나 또는 둘 이상의 주조기에서 무단으로 연속주조된 예비재가 고화후 빌레트 편으로 분할되고, 이 빌레트 편은 균열로 장치를 통과함에 있어 먼저 가열구역에서 압연온도까지 가열되고, 그런다음 완충구역내로 그런뒤 축열구역내로 그리고 그 구역으로부터 다듬질 열내로 이행되고 그안에서 다듬질 압연되는, 다듬질열의 연속적 작업 단계에서 무단으로 연속주조된 예비재로부터 열간압연된 스트립 또는 이형재를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 빌레트 편은 완충구역으로부터 수송체내에 도입되고 이 수송체와 함께 횡이동하여 주조라인으로부터 압연라인으로 이행되고, 압연라인내에서 연속주조되는 예비재의 이송방향의 반대방향으로 종방향 이동하여 균열로 장치 옆 압연라인에 배치된 축열로를 이용하여 저류되고, 요구에 따라 축열로부터 수송체를 거쳐 또한 경우에 따라서는 수송체 뒤에 또한 압연열 앞에 배치된 유지로를 거쳐 압연열에 도입되고 거기서 최종제품으로 다듬질 압연되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속주조된 예비재로부터 열간압연된 스트립 또는 이형재를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 빌레트 편은 완충구역에서 배출된 뒤 먼저 주조라인내에서 종방향이동으로 수송체를 거쳐 축열로부내로 도입되고 요구에 따라 축열로부로부터 다시 수송체내로 복귀이송되며 이 수송체와 함께 횡이송으로 주조라인으로부터 압연라인에 이행되며 압연라인에서 종방향 전진이송으로 유지로를 거쳐 압연 열내의 다듬질 로울에 공급되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 빌레트 편은 완충구역에서 배출된뒤 먼저 주조라인에서 종방향 이동으로 수송체를 거쳐 축열로부내로 도입되고 요구에 따라 축열로부로부터 다시 수송체내로 복귀이송되며 이 수송체와 함께 횡이송으로 주조라인으로부터 압연라인에 이행되며 압연라인에서 먼저 종방향 후퇴이송으로 축열로내에 도입되며 요구에 따라 이 축열로로부터 종방향 전진이송으로 수송체와 유지로를 거쳐 압연열에 있는 다듬질 로울에 도입되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 각각 하나의 균열로 장치와 하나의 수송체를 갖추고 있는 두 CSP-주조기 또는 주조라인, 및 주조라인에 대해 측방에 위치하고 유지로를 가진 CSP-압연열을 포함하고 있으며, 각 균열로 장치는 무단 연속주조재로부터의 연속생산시 압연열의 휴지시간을 메꾸기 위해 가열구역, 완충구역 및 축열로부로 되어 있는 노부분을 갖고 있는, 상기 항중의 어느 한항에 의한 방법을 실시하기 위해 다듬질 열의 연속적 작업단계에서 무단 연속주조된 예비재로부터 열간압연된 스트립 또는 이형재를 제조하기 위한 설비에 있어서, 축열로(5)가 압연라인(y-y)내에서 주조라인(x-x)의 균열로 장치 가까이에 측방으로 떨어져 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속주조된 예비재로부터 열간압연된 스트립 또는 이형재를 제조하기 위한 설비.
- 제4항에 있어서, 축열로(5)는 균열로의 가열구역 및 완충구역을 따라 대략 평행으로 뻗어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 설비.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 주조라인(x-x)에, 추가 축열로(20a,20b)가 균열로 장치로부터 수송체(6a 또는 6b)에 해당하는 길이거리만큼 떨어져 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 설비.
- 제6항에 있어서, 추가 축열로(20a,20b)는 주조라인(x-x)내에서 압연라인(y-y)에 있는 유지로(7)를 따라 대략 평행으로 뻗어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 설비.
