Claims (15)
- 벤조페논 성분(moiety)과 반응성 수소(active hydrogen) 성분을 갖는 화학식 1의 자기감광성 폴리이미드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광배향성 조성물.<화학식 1>상기식중, R1은중에서 선택되고,R2가이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광배향성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자기감광성 폴리이미드의 중량평균분자량이 5×103내지 2×105인 것을 특징으로 하는 광배향성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기 화학식의 측쇄에 장쇄 알킬기를 갖는 폴리이미드가 더 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광배향성 조성물.여기에서 R"은 C3-C17의 알킬기이고,로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택되고,상기식중, R3은로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 자기감광성 폴리이미드와 측쇄에 장쇄 알킬기를 갖는 폴리이미드의 혼합중량비가 99:1 내지 80:20 중량비인 것을 특징으로 하는 광배향성 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 측쇄에 장쇄 알킬기를 갖는 폴리이미드의 중량평균분자량이 5×103내지 2×105인 것을 특징으로 하는 광배향성 조성물.
- 벤조페논 성분(moiety)과 반응성 수소(active hydrogen) 성분을 갖고 있는 화학식 1의 자기감광성(self-photosensitive) 폴리이미드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배향막.<화학식 1>상기식중, R1은중에서 선택되고,R2가로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된다.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 자기감광성 폴리이미드의 중량평균분자량이 5×103내지 2×105인 것을 특징으로 하는 배향막.
