Claims (8)
- 샤프트(2), 상기 샤프트(2) 상에 배치된 적어도 하나의 스크레이퍼(6)를 포함하는, 튜브(11)의 내표면(14)으로부터 얇은 경질 물때(13)를 제거하는 튜브 크리너(1)로서, 상기 스크레이퍼(6) 각각은 단편의 재료로 형성되며, 일반적으로 샤프트(2)의 축방향 후방으로 뻗어있고 튜브 크리너(1)가 사용중인 경우에 방사 외향으로 편향되는 다수의 탄성 핑거(8)를 포함하며, 각각의 핑거(8)는 방사 외향으로 뻗은 블레이드부(9)로 종결되는 튜브 크리너(1)에 있어서, 임의의 한 스크레이퍼(6) 상의 인접 핑거(8)는 서로 다른 길이를 가지며, 각각의 블레이드부(9)는 아치형 블레이드 에지(10)를 지님으로써 튜브(11)의 내표면(14)과 단지 최소한으로 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 크리너(1).
- 제1항에 있어서, 2개의 이격 스크레이퍼(6)가 상기 샤프트(2)를 따라 축방향으로 배치되는, 튜브(11)의 내표면(14) 상의 경질 물때(13)를 제거하는 튜브 크리너(1).
- 제1항에 있어서, 3개의 이격 스크레이퍼(6)가 상기 샤프트(2)를 따라 축방향으로 배치되는, 튜브(11)의 내표면(14) 상의 경질 물때(13)를 제거하는 튜브 크리너(1).
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 6개의 후방으로 뻗은 외향 편향된 핑거(8)가 상기 각각의 스크레이퍼(6) 상에 제공되는, 튜브(11)의 내표면(14) 상의 경질 물때(13)를 제거하는 튜브 크리너(1).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 블레이드부(9)는 아치형 블레이드 에지(10)를 지니며 상기 블레이드 에지(10)의 원호의 0.0762-0.2286(0.003-0.009 인치)를 따라 상기 내표면(14)과 접촉시키도록 배치되는, 튜브(11)의 내표면(14)상의 경질 물때(13)를 제거하는 튜브 크리너(1).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 스크레이퍼(6)는 스프링 강으로부터 펀칭되는 튜브 크리너.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 블레이드부(9)가 청소될 튜브의 내경보다 더 큰 간격만큼 샤프트로부터 방사 외향으로 뻗은 상태로, 스크레이퍼(6)의 핑거(8)들은 이들이 원을 형성하도록 구부러지는 튜브 크리너.
- 제1항에 기술된 튜브 크리너를 튜브 내로 삽입하여 핑거(8)의 블레이드부(9)가 외향 편향되어 튜브의 내측표면과 접촉되도록 하는 단계 및 이와같이 튜브내에 삽입된 튜브 크리너를 튜브를 통해서 이동시키는 단계로 구성된 튜브벽의 내부표면으로부터 침전물을 제거하여 튜브를 청소하는 방법.
