Description
Claims (12)
- 적어도 하나의 내부 표면을 구비하는 축전지 케이스와; 교대로 배치된 양극판과 음극판의 어셈블리 및 서로 인접한 상기 극판들 사이의 압축성 분리기와; 상기 축전지 케이스의 팽창시에 상기 극판의 상기 어셈블리의 분해를 방지하기 위해 상기 표면으로부터 지지되어 상기 극판 어셈블리를 상기 분리기와 함께 압축된 상태로 및 상기 축전지 케이스의 나머지 부분으로부터 충분히 분리되어 있는 상태로 유지하는 인장 로킹 어셈블리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조정형 밀봉 납산 축전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리기는 유리 섬유 매트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조정형 밀봉 납산 축전지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 로킹 어셈블리는 상기 극판 어셈블리의 각 단부에서 별도의 단부 극판을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조정형 밀봉 납산 축전지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 단부 극판중 하나는 상기 축전지 케이스의 일 단부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조정형 밀봉 납산 축전지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 로킹 어셈블리는 장력의 영향하에서 상기 단부 극판들을 상호 접속시키는 적어도 하나의 인장 부재를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조정형 밀봉 납산 축전지.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 인장 부재는 상기 지지 극판들을 함께 끌어당기도록 신장되는 스프링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조정형 밀봉 납산 축전지.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 로킹 어셈블리는 상기 지지 극판들을 함께 끌어당기도록 신장되는 적어도 하나의 스프링을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조정형 밀봉 납산 축전지.
- 축전지 케이스내에서 분리기 및 축전지 극판의 적층체 상에 압축력을 유지하는 방법에 있어서, 교대로 배치된 양극판 및 음극판의 적층체와 강성 지지부 상에서 인접한 각 극판쌍을 분리하는 투과성 분리기 재료를 조립하는 단계와; 상기 적층체를 영구적으로 압축하도록 상기 조립된 극판 적층체에 연속적인 인장력을 인가하는 단계와; 상기 압축된 어셈블리의 압축 해제를 방지하도록 상기 축전지 케이스의 나머지 부분으로부터 충분히 분리하여 상기 축전지 케이스의 내부 표면으로부터 상기 영구적으로 압축된 어셈블리를 지지하는 단계와; 상기 축전지 케이스내에서 상기 지지된 극판 어셈블리를 밀봉하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유지 방법.
- 4개의 측벽, 윗면 및 밑면을 구비하는 케이스와; 교대로 배치된 양극판과 음극판의 영구 압축 어셈블리 및 이 극판들 사이의 압축성 분리기를 포함하며, 영구 압축 어셈블리의 분해를 방지하기 위해 상기 케이스의 나머지 부분으로부터 실질적으로 분리하여 상기 극판들의 배치에 의존하여 상기 케이스의 팽창시에 하나의 측벽 또는 상기 윗면과 단일체로서 이동시키기 위해 상기 영구 압축 어셈블리는 상기 케이스내에서 상기 극판들이 수직으로 배치될 때 상기 측벽중 하나에 또는 상기 극판들이 측방향으로 배치될 때 상기 윗면에 고정되는 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 납산 축전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로킹 어셈블리는 상기 극판의 어셈블리의 대향 단부에 비치되어 상기 분리기를 압축하기에 충분한 인장력에 의해 함께 연결되는 지지 극판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조정형 밀봉 납산 축전지.
- 4개의 측벽 표면과 상부 및 하부 표면을 포함하는 축전지 케이스와; 교대로 배치된 양극판과 음극판의 어셈블리 및 상기 축전지 케이스에 배치된 인접한 상기 극판들 사이의 압축성 분리기와; 상기 케이스의 팽창시에 로킹된 어셈블리의 분해를 방지하기 위해 상기 표면 중 하나에 의해 지지되어 상기 분리기를 압축하기에 충분한 인장력하에서 상기 극판들의 어셈블리를 함께 로킹하고, 상기 축전지 케이스의 나머지 부분으로부터 충분히 분리되는 로킹 어셈블리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조정형 밀봉 납산 축전지.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 표면은 하부 표면이고, 상기 로킹 어셈블리는 상기 극판의 어셈블리의 대향 단부에 배치되어 상기 분리기를 압축하기에 충분한 인장력에 의해 함께 연결되는 지지 극판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조정형 밀봉 납산 축전지.
