Claims (4)
- 제1전압과 그라운드 사이를 스윙하는 입력신호를 반전시키며, 상기 반전된 신호는 상기 제1전압과 그라운드 사이를 스윙하는 반전기;상기 반전된 신호에 따라 턴 온 또는 턴 오프되며, 턴 온 상태에서 그라운드 레벨을 출력신호로서 제공하는 제1엔모스 트랜지스터;게이트 전압에 따라 턴 온 또는 턴 오프되며, 턴 온 상태에서 제2전압을 출력신호로서 제공하는 제1피모스 트랜지스터; 및상기 제1모피모스 트랜지스터와 상기 제1엔모스 트랜지스터의 각 게이트 사이에 연결되는 커패시터, 상기 제1피모스 트랜지스터의 소스와 게이트 사이에 연결되는 저항과, 상기 제1피모스 트랜지스터의 게이트와 소스 사이에 연결되는 아이오드를 포함하여, 상기 반전된 신호가 그라운드 레벨일 때에는 턴 온 전압을 생성하여 상기 제1피모스 트랜지스터에 게이트 전압으로서 출력하며, 상기 반전된 신호가 제1전압일 때에는 턴 오프 전압을 생성하여 상기 제1피모스 트랜지스터에 게이트 전압으로서 출력하는 게이트 전압 발생수단을 포함하는,레벨 시프트 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 제1피모스 트랜지스터 및 제1엔모스 트랜지스터 각각은 게이트, 소스 및 드레인을 가지며, 상기 두 트랜지스터의 드레인은 서로 연결되며, 상기 제1피모스 트랜지스터의 소스에는 제2전압이 인가되고, 상기 제1엔모스 트랜지스터의 소스는 접지되며, 상기 반전된 신호는 상기 제1엔모스 트랜지스터의 게이트에 인가되는,레벨 시프트 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 커패시터와 저항의 소자값을 각각 R, C라고 할 때, 상기 각 소자값은 아래의 수식으로 결정되는,레벨 시프트 회로.R1C1(여기서, T는 입력신호의 반주기, Vthp는 상기 제1피모스 트랜지스터의 문턱전압, Vd는 제1전압, Va는 제2전압)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 반전기는게이트, 소스 및 드레인을 가지며, 소스에는 제1전압이 인가되는 제2피모스 트랜지스터; 및게이트, 소스 및 드레인을 가지며, 상기 게이트는 상기 제2피모스 트랜지스터의 게이트와 연결되고, 상기 드레인은 상기 제2피모스 트랜지스터의 드레인과 연결되며, 소스는 접지되는 제2엔모스 트랜지스터로 구성되며,상기 공통 게이트에는 상기 입력신호가 인가되며, 상기 공통 드레인 전압은 반전된 신호로서 출력되는,레벨 시프트 회로.
