Claims (7)
- √k 간격에 따라 최소의 교대 스텝된 반복 패턴을 사용하여 빛을 2개 이상의 뚜렷한 초점으로 분해하는 블레이즈된 마면을 갖는 환상동심대, 환상동심대를 포함한 위상대판, 작은 동공 사이즈를 조정하는 위상대판을 포함한 광학성분을 포함하는 광학 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분이 √k에 실질적으로 비례하는 간격을 두고 있는 환상동심대를 포함하는 위상대판, 짝수마면의 광로길이(깊이)의 2분의 1의 광로 길이(깊이)의 블레이즈된 마면을 갖는 홀수대, 및 홀수반경만의 프로필에서의 불연속 점프를 포함한 회절성 2촛점 광학성분을 포함하는 광학 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 성분이 약 하나의 전-주기대의 구경조리개에 의하여 제한될 때에도 광을 2개의 촛점으로 분해시키는 광학장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 성분이 하나의 전-주기대만큼 작은 구경조리개를 사용할 때에도 2개 이상의 뚜렷한 촛점을 제공하는 다촛점 프로필된 위상대판을 포함하며, 위상 대판이 공식에 따라 간격을 두고 있는 다수의 환상 동심대를 포함하는 블레이즈된 마면을 가지며, 여기에서 k는 하나의 대이고, 대가 위상대판의 중심축으로부터 위상대판의 주변으로 진행할때 k는 1, 2, 3등과 동일하며, rk는 반전용 대 반경이고, 대 및 대 반경은 k가 상대판의 중심축으로부터 주변으로 점진적으로 홀수 및 짝수로 변해갈 때 k의 값에 따라 홀수 또는 짝수가 되며, 홀수의 반-주기대의 깊이가 짝수의 반-주기대의 깊이의 약 2분의 1이고, 짝수대 반경 rk(이 경우 k는 짝수이다)에서의 홀수와 짝수 반-주기대 사이의 각각의 계면이 불연속 스텝을 갖지 않는 연속적인 프로필을 나타내는 광학장치.
