Claims (18)
- 제1항의 광중합형 단일중합체 배향재를 유기용매에 용해시키고; 상기 용액을 ITO 유리기판에 도포하고; 상기 도포된 배향막을 건조시키고; 그리고 상기 건조된 배향막의 표면에 편광 자외선을 조사시키는; 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향막의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매는 클로로벤젠, N-메틸피롤리돈, 디메틸설폭사이드, 디메틸포름아마이드, 톨루엔, 클로로포름, 감마부티로락톤, 2-메톡시에탄올 및 테트라히드로퓨란으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향막의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 도포단계는 스핀 코팅 방법 또는 프린팅 방법에 의하여 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향막의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매에 용해된 액정 배향재 용액은 농도가 0.5∼2중량%이고 점도가 30∼50 cps인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향막의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 건조단계는 140℃에서 30분간 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향막의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 편광 자외선의 조사 단계는 1 KW 세기의 UV램프를 이용하여 폴라라이저로 선편광된 편광 자외선을 45°로 10∼20분간 조사시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액정 배향재는 분자량이 1,000-100,000의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향막의 화합물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 액정 배향재는 분자량이 20,000∼100,000의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향막의 화합물.
- 제2항의 광중합형 공중합체 배향재를 유기용매에 용해시키고; 상기 용액을 ITO 유리기판에 도포하고; 상기 도포된 배향막을 건조시키고; 그리고 상기 건조된 배향막의 표면에 편광 자외선을 조사시키는; 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향막의 제조방법.
