Claims (10)
- 제1항 또는 제3항의 광중합형 단일중합체 배항재를 VA Mode에 적용하기 위해 유기용매에 용해시키고; 상기 용액을 ITO 유리기판에 도포하고; 상기 도포된 배향막을 건조시키고; 그리고 상기 건조된 배향막의 표면에 편광 자외선을 조사시키는; 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시나메이트계 광중합형 액정 배향막의 제조방법.
- 제4항에서 있어서, 상기 유기용매는 클로베로벤젠, N-메틸피코라톤, 감마부티로락톤 및 메톡시에탄올으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로하는 시나메이트계 광중합형 액정 배향막의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 도포단계는 스핀 코팅 방법 또는 프린팅 방법에 의하여 행해지는 성을 특징으로 하는 시나메이트계 광중합형 액정 배향막의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매에 용해된 액정 배향재 용액은 농도가 1.0-10.0wt% 및 점도가 10-100cps인 것을 특징으로 하는 시나메이트계 광중합형 액정 배향막의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 배향막의 두께가 500-1,000Å의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 시나메이트계 광중합형 단일중합체 액정 배향막의 제조방법.
- 제4항의 광반응된 2매의 상하 유리기판을 에폭시 접착제를 이용하여 접착시키고 : 그리고 제조된 셀에 VA Mode용 액정을 진공 주입하는 : 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광배향 VA Mode 디스플레이 셀의 제조 방법.
- 제4항의 상하기판중 적어도 하나의 유리기판 마스크(mask)를 이용하여 서로 다른 방향으로 0°~90°의 각도로 3~20분간 조사하여 2개 이상의 도메인(domain)에서 다른 방향의 선경사각을 가지도록 액정배향막을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광배향 멀티 도메인(multi-domain) VA Mode 디스플레이 셀의 제조방법.
