Claims (14)
- 아닐링로(12)에 의해서 주조 스트립을 아닐링하여서 냉각 플랜트(16)에 의해서 아닐링 스트립을 배칟로 냉각하는 단계; 중간 저장 없이 최종 열 처리 단계직후 스케일 제거 플랜트(13,14)에 의해서 냉각된 스트립을 스케일 제거하는 단계; 스트립의 선단 에지가 상기 스케일 제거 플랜트(13,14)에서 나올 때까지, 스케일 제거 플랜트(13,14)뿐만 아니라 아닐링로(12)를 통해서 스트립을 밀어내는 단계; 스트립의 선단 에지가 상기 스케일 제거 플랜트(13,14)에서 나온 후에 스케일 제거 플랜트(13,14) 뒤에 위치한 장치(18)들에 의해서 아닐링로(12) 및 스케일 제거 플랜트(13,14)를 통해서 상기 스트립의 선단 에지를 당기는 단계를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스가 스트립 또는 플레이트들을 제조하는 방법.
- 스트립 주조 플랜트(2a)에 의해서 재료를 주조하여 냉각 플랜트(6)에 의해서 주조 스트립을 배치로 냉각하는 단계; 중간 저장 없이 즉시 기계적 스케일 제거 플랜트(13) 및 화학적 스케일 제거 플랜트(14)에 의해서 냉각된 스트립을 스케일 제거하는 단계; 상기 스트립의 선단 에지가 스케일 제거 플랜트(13,14)에서 나올 때까지 스케일 제거 플랜트(13,14)뿐만 아니라 아닐링로(12)를 통해서 상기 스트립을 밀어내는 단계; 상기 스트립의 선단 에지가 스케일 제거 플랜트를 나온 후 스케일 제거 플랜트(13,14) 뒤에 위치한 장치(18)에 의해서 아닐링로(12) 및 스케일 제거 플랜트(13,14)를 통해서 스트립의 선단 에지를 당기는 단계를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강 스트립 또는 플레이트들을 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 재료는, 주조 후에 처음으로 열간 압연되어, 냉각된 다음, 아닐링되고, 냉각되어서, 아닐링된 재료가 최종 열처리 후 중간 저장으로 진행함이 없이 스케일 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강 스트립 또는 플레이트들을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스트립 재료로는, 코일링 장치로 공급되어서 거기서 코일되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강 스트립 또는 플레이트들을 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 재료는 리코일링 장치(18)에 의해서 플랜트를 통해서 당겨지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강 스트립 또는 플레이트들을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 재료는, 상기 스케일 제거 플랜트(13,14)를 이탈한 후 플레이트들로 절단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강 스트립 또는 플레이트들을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 재료는, 필요한 경우 기계적 스케일 제거 직후, 수성 매개물 내에서의 산 세척에 의한 화학적 방법으로 스케일 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강 스트립 또는 플레이트들을 제조하는 방법.
- 레이들(1)로부터 방출되는 용해된 원료를 원하는 최종 두께로 주조하기 위하여 제공된 스트립 주조 플랜트(2a), 상기 스트립 주조 플랜트(2a) 뒤에 주조 스트립에 냉각하기 위하여 제공된 냉각 플랜트(6), 상기 냉각 플랜트(6) 뒤에 냉각된 스트립을 아닐링하기 위하여 제공된 푸쉬-형 아닐링로(12), 상기 아닐링로(12) 뒤에 상기 아닐링 스트립을 냉각하기 위하여 제공된 또 다른 냉각된 플랜트(6) 및 상기 냉각 플랜트 바로 뒤에 상기 냉각된 스트립을 또 스케일 제거하기 위하여 제공된 푸쉬-형 스케일 제거 플랜트(13,14)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강 스트립 또는 플레이트 제조 장치.
- 스트립 주조 플랜트(2a)에서 나온 스트립을 원하는 최종 두께로 열간 압연하기 위하여 제공된 열간 압연 밀(5), 상기 열간 압연 밀(5) 뒤에 열간 압연된 스트립을 냉각하기 위하여 제공된 냉각 플랜트(6), 상기 냉각 플랜트(6) 뒤에 상기 냉각된 스트립을 아닐링하기 위하여 제공된 푸쉬-형 아닐링로(12) 및 상기 아닐링로(12) 바로 뒤에 상기 아닐링된 스트립을 스케일 제거하기 위하여 제공된 푸쉬-형 스케일 제거 플랜트(13,14)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강 스트립 또는 플레이트 제조 장치.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 아닐링 장치(12)는 유도 아닐링 장치로서 설계되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강 스트립 또는 플레이트 제조 장치.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스케일 제거 플랜트는 적어도 하나 이상의 화학적 스케일 제거 섹션(14)을 구비하고 있고, 특히, 산세척 섹션은, 수성 산세척 매개물을 담기 위하여 적어도 하나 이상의 탱크를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 스테인레스강 스트립 또는 플레이트 제조 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 바람직하게 연마 브러쉬를 구비하고 있는 적어도 하나 이상의 세척 및 브러싱 기(14a)는, 적어도 두 개 이상의 탱크사이에 제공되는 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강 스트립 또는 플레이트 제조 장치.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 연마 브러쉬를 구비하고 있는, 세척 및 브러싱 기를 구비한, 린싱 섹션(15)은, 스케일 제거 플랜트(13,14) 뒤에 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강 스트립 또는 플레이트 제조 장치.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 상기 세척 및 브러싱 기는 연마 브러쉬에 끼워 맞춤되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강 스트립 또는 플레이트 제조 장치.
