Claims (8)
- 연속압연방법에 있어서, 연속주조기에 의한 빌레트의 주조단계와; 상기 빌레트들이 주조를 통해 얻어진 열을 내재하고 있는 동안 상기 빌레트들을 계속적으로 차례로 연속주조기에서 압연기로 공급하는 단계와; 선행하는 빌레트의 후단부와 연이어 공급되는 빌레트의 전단부를 연결하여 연속빌레트를 생산하기 위하여 이동중 플래쉬 버트 용접을 사용하는 연속빌레트의 성형단계와; 이동중 연삭기를 이용하여 상기 연속빌레트의 용접부상에 플래쉬 버트 용접에 의해 형성된 버(burr)의 제거단계와; 유도가열기를 이용하여 특정온도까지 상기 연속빌레트를 가열하는 단계와; 압연기 라인을 통해 가열된 연속빌레트를 압연하는 단계와; 로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플래쉬 버트 용접의 적용전에 수압스케일제거장치를 이용하여 상기 빌레트상의 스케일을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플래쉬 버트 용접의 적용전에 기계적인 스케일 제거장치를 이용하여 상기 빌레트상의 스케일을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용접부상의 버(burr)를 연속빌레트의 중심축에 대하여 등각을 이룬 간격과 경사각에서 상기 빌레트의 외주를 따라 복수개의 연삭기를 배치하여 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용접부상의 버(burr)를 연삭기의 변위동안 연속빌레트의 이동방향에 따라 복수개의 연삭기를 배치하여 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 스케일의 제거를 위한 빌레트의 일부는 플래쉬 버트 용접용 전극과 접촉하는 부분으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 기계적인 스케일 제거장치는 브러쉬스케일 제거장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 연삭기는 연삭휘일인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연방법.
